"Book somewhere with a sunset view (a restaurant or a hotel if you're not on a tour!) It can get crowded on the streets during sunset; this way, you have it all to yourself!"

"Walk the narrow streets of Oia and visit the small boutiques, art galleries and cite cafes. Then descend the 278 steps down to Ammoudi bay for a seaside dinner (book in advance) and sunset!"

"Make sure to pack decent walking shoes. A lot of Santorini is built into the cliffside of the island which means there are a lot of steps!"

What do you love most about Thera?

"Imerovigli is often overlooked, but has breathtaking views and is a lot quieter compared to Oia. "

How to find picture perfect locations?

"I used google maps satellite view to search for the famous Blue domes. Surprisingly there aren’t many blue domes on the island."

"Eat fresh seafood! I would definitely recommend trying the local seafood restaurants in Oia."
