The tour provided the excursions as per description, although sometimes the order was changed. Communication was good and every time we had a question or an issue, it was easy to get the answer/clarification. What we would clarify is that this felt more like a package deal, rather than a tour. It might have been because end of May/beginning of June is low season and it ended up being quite a private tour (apart from some excursions), however we did not have a guide 24/7 or ‘cultural experiences’ as the description seems to indicate. This was fine by us and the hotel staff were very helpful anyways, but just thought it should be clarified. A piece of advice would be to book the whale shark or manta ray experience ASAP. We experienced a bit of confusion with the price and the fact that sometimes the boats don’t go unless there are at least 5 customers. The first hotel in Hulhumalè is basic and with limited WiFi, but does the trick for 2 nights. While Ari Grand in Dhangheti was much more enjoyable. Probably the best hotel on the little Dhangheti island, with pool, air-con, mini fridge and great staff! Our trip was made extremely special by the snorkelling adventure and swimming with a whale shark. So a special thanks goes to Amin and his #arimoments boat! He is a great marine guide and takes good care of the less experienced swimmers. Thanks to Mr Ahmed, manager of Ari Grand, for his kindness and helpfulness. Great customer service.

I travelled with my Girlz Clan (a group of 16 ladies,it was a ladies only trip).Happy that I chose Turquoise Residence (UI),so that we always felt that we were at home.They have an amazing crew.To name a few,BaadhalBhai,their cab driver,Yogen @ the reception with a charming smile,the silent yet graceful BC dha,Nitesh and crew @ the restaurant,Sundeep,Kochi and gang from the housekeeping,Afra,their excursion manager,even Saifan and Sayyed from their administration dept. was of great help.And the icing on the cake was the presence of their CEO Mr.Nasih himself at the lobby every evening just to make sure that all is well and taking feedbacks to improve their services..They were more like brothers,we were a family soon and we were overwhelmed by the sense of security we felt throughout the stay. Regarding the location,the hotel is just a step away from the beautiful beach where we can wake up to magnificent sunrises.Thank you guys.Keep up the good work.

Truly amazing experience

Travelled here for 6 nights with my husband and 2 children (8 and 10). We did the Splash Package that UI Maldives offered and it was absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning we were very well looked after, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a large room for the 4 of us with jacuzzi & overlooking the ocean. The activities on offer were outstanding. Ali, our guide, ensured we had the most amazing time. He was great with the kids, made sure they were safe, and took us to see some amazing marine life. We snorkeling with whale sharks, manta rays, nurse sharks, numerous turtles, octopus and millions of different fish. This is definitely our new favorite place to visit and we will definitely be going back again soon. Thank you Nasih, Ali and your staff for making the whole holiday truly amazing.

Very clean, smiling faces, always there to help, if able to return definitely will stay at UI, Saif was there for us made things easy, was a big help, will never forget it. Our tours were set up, everything arranged nicely. Fishing trip was fun, caught a 🐠. Submarine ride was exciting, visited 2 Islands, both were gorgeous, I loved the boat rides, but be careful, I'm not one to get sunburn but I did get a bit on my face, other wise I have been missing it there since we left. I've heard that 4-5 days r enuff, but I really enjoyed our 2weeks there and some days we just laid back and only went out to eat. Food was wonderful and never felt so good going out to eat knowing the food is not junk, thanks to UI and Saif..... Staff. Our stay was wonderful. Last day I went to the sea to give my goodbyes, and there they were, parrots colorful parrots, very enjoyable

Super lovely trip

Actually, this was the second stay. First stay was with my friend for 4 days, we enjoyed diving and snorkeling here's staff Introduced. They were fun and kind. The room just had simple equipment. But you know, here’s hotel…that’s why enough and clean for us. If I have to mention about the breakfast, I hoped I eat more vegetables. However, I didn’t mind that because we could feel their considerations and local Maldives. Second stay was with my husband for only 1 day, that time was fun as well. When we moved to another island near here, we left some baggage. It was wetting goods for diving. They delivered it to us in washed condition…!! I felt their kindness again! Thank you for Ari Grand Hotel Dhangethi & Team UI!!!

Food was sumptuous. It will surely give you a taste of Indian delicacies. The people and the staff are very accommodating. It wasn’t difficult to communicate with them because they are fluent in English. It’s a good value for money especially if you’re just booking for a short stay before your transfer to another island. They will surely make your stay comfortable. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wish to visit Maldives and stay at Hulhumale. They have plenty of hotels or inns around Hulhumale. But their beach residence is a good place to stay at especially those who wanted to see the sunrise by the seashore.

Excellent experience that made my holiday memorable

The hotel (Turquoise Residence) is in a beautiful island near the airport next to the beach.You get picked up from the airport to the hotel and welcomed by the hotel staff. I recommend to spend at least two days there.Walk other beach,have a nice food ,see the beautiful sunrise,walk to the park,to the ferry and meet the pleasant local people.Hotel provides very affordable boat cruise that include dolphin watching,sandbank,snorkeling,visiting water villas,visiting local island.This is amazing experience that shouldn't miss.The staff at the hotel is pleasant and helpful.I highly recommend the hotel and the beautiful island

Amazing Day Tour Organized by UI

I had very limited time in Maldives and wanted to cover as much as possible, met with Mr. Sadeep in UI Inn Hotel who helped me to organize a day tour for our entire group which covered Dolphin Spots, Sand Bank Visit, Kayaking & Snorkeling. It was a very well managed trip, the crew members of the boat were at our service through out our journey and helped us getting the maximum during this trip. I want to specifically mention Mr. Zohirul Islam who was very kind in nature and helped us with whatever we needed. It seems as if it's in his nature to serve guests with full hospitality and not just doing his daily routine work. He helped all the non-swimmers in our group seamlessly reach the sand bank from the boat, helped me with Kayaking and fulfilled all our requirements with a big broad smile. It is because of him that I know Kayaking. Everyone in out group of 9 members was really happy with the way he made us comfortable in the boat. I would like to Thank him a lot for this experience and delight factor.

Thank you entire UI team.. special thanx to d manager SAIF who welcomed us,the only female staff from darjeeling ( cute one),the one who suggested us Bombay darbar (janakpuri, Delhi resident) Mr.SADEEP, Mr. GAURAV, Rama bhaiya who served us breakfast n tea n helped a lot .. to the one who arranged n took care of our rooftop candle lyt dinner for new year Eve .Thanx to Niyaz bhaii who guided us d Male city . He is a wonderful personality. Lastly Mr. Nasih with whom we made d booking n requested everything needed. We as Honeymooners had a wonderful stay in ur hotel. Worth it and reliable

I was tried my luck walk all the way from Hulhumale at 0910 hrs and reached UI Maldives office in 12 minutes. I was so lucky that they still have slot for me to join their activities with very reasonable price. We got a great and experienced tour guide Mr Jahir who guided us from the beginning until end of the tour. Mr Jahir did provide us to do video recording during the snorkeling session with a reasonable price. I strongly recommend you to take their package. Worth it and reliable 😊

In Maldives you can choose from 2 options. To do the resorts on an Island thing or stay in the city and get to experience the local culture. My friend and I, decided to stay in Hulhumale and also visit a resort. We first arrived at UI and found smiling faces and a clean room. The staff was accommodating and happy to help or advise us about attractions. The location of UI and its 2 other residences was great. One is across the street from the beach while the other 2 are less than a minutes walk. Another perk of UI's location is that the best fast food and pizza are just around the corner plus several mini markets just a few steps away. If you stay at a resort 4 or 5 days is enough but at UI, Saif will help keep your days filled with excitement We stayed 12 days.

My first vacation to the Maldives. Probably not too good because hotels are so simple, breakfast is just sausage, eggs, bread and lemon juice every day for 4 days and transportation is always late. But I was pleasantly pleased with the service rendered by the tour guide(ramjan, jahid, and jahiru) during the friendly and helpful activities and receptions (rama and chancal) they are so humble and friendly. Five stars for theirs⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful stay and staff

I stayed in this hotel with my mother and it was her first international trip. At the time of check-in the hotel offered a warm welcome with their hospitality and welcome drink. Yogen at the front desk was so courteous with his service that in the entire stay I never heard "no" from him. He made my mom so comfortable and made sure that he gives the best room as per her age. Moreover, the other staff guess named kochi was as well courteous. Daily in the morning when we used to come from breakfast the staff used to made our morning beautiful by greeting and offering the best breakfast service and the tea offered at the hotel was the best and will definitely miss. Yogen was honest enough to help us decide which all adventure trip we can plan for. Afrah the tour organizer used to meet us daily in the evening and indeed offer the best and reasonable price for the adventure trips that we planned for and was worth. The best memorable trip ever. Jubair the guide who was guide for the trips that we planned was so helpful and courteous. He was always so helpful that he managed my mom so well that she became so comfortable with the sea and the level of water. Last but not the least, the people in Maldives and the staff at the hotel did speak well in Hindi. Oh cannot forget the best part, yogen is the multilingual guy with whom one can interact in Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali and in his mother tongue(Darjeeling).
