When you have less time in Nepal, want to trek in its mountains and catch the views of the Himalayas you have been hearing, Kathmandu Nagarkot hike is the one for you. After arriving at the capital Kathmandu, check into the hotel we have booked for you and then go exploring Thamel. The legendary place is full of bars and cafes, souvenir shops, trekking equipment shops, bookstores and all sort of things a travelers’ hub usually has. If you have time, you can visit Garden of Dreams, a neo classical garden.

Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive In Kathmandu (1,400 M).
Location: Kathmandu
Accommodation: Hotel
After your arrival, we will host a pre-hike meeting in our office or at the hotel and introduce you to your hiking guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your hike. We will also supply you with our duffel bag and cap. For the meeting, please make sure you bring your passport, three copies of passport-size photos and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance if any, and sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer.
Day 2 : Drive To Sundarijal And Trek To Chisapani (2,050 M) – 7 Hours.
Location: Chisapani, Sundarijal

On Day 2, your hiking guide will come to your hotel lobby. Be ready at around 8 am. Then, he will take you to Sundarijal on a private tourist vehicle. The drive from Thamel to this place where you will start the hike normally takes 1 hour. Once there, start moving up. About after half an hour of walking, you will reach the gate of Shivapuri National Park. Enter the park and let it amaze you. And as you make progress in your hike, on a clear day, you will catch the glimpses of the magnificent Himalayas. Overnight will be at a guesthouse in Chisapani.
Day 3 : Trek To Nagarkot (2,175 M) And Drive Back To Kathmandu
Location: Kathmandu, Nagarkot

On Day 3, a seven-hour trek takes you to Nagarkot. From this hill station, the views are more spectacular. The scenic town is popular among both domestic and international tourists. And from Nagarkot, a private tourist vehicle will bring you back to Kathmandu. It takes about 1 hour.
