Tour Overview

Chitwan Jungle Safari packages offer a wilderness of rich ecosystem that includes mammals, birds, reptiles and water animals of several kinds. The highlights of this park are the 500 Asian one-horned rhinoceros and some hundred nocturnal Royal Bengal tigers that live in the dense forests of the park. You will discover a lost world of towering trees and twisting vines, of pre-historic rhino and lumbering elephants, crocodile, python and deer; brilliantly colored birds and if you are fortunate – the superb Royal Bengal Tiger. Sharing home with these are other animals like rhesus monkey, grey langur, deer, leopards and wild cats etc. Another most important factor adding to the chitwan experience is the colorful Tharu Culture, their way of living, culture and tradition and heart touching Tharu Dance. Day 1 : Drive to Chitwan ( 4-5 Hrs )

Location: Chitwan National Park

Accommodation: Hotel, 3* accommodation

Meals Included: Lunch, Dinner

On Your arrival at Sauraha Bus Stand, Tadi or Bharatpur Airport(Surcharge) our staff will receive you. You will then be transferred to our Lodge where you will be offered refreshment & be given a briefing on our lodge & its facilities. After being given your programmes for the day, your room will then be allocated to you.

13.00 : Lunch.
15.00 : Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit to the National Park Visitor’s centre where you can learn more about the history of the National Park and about wildlife & Sun set view from the bank of Rapti River.
19.00 :Tharu cultural dance presentation (which you will also participate in) by the local villagers or Slide show presentation on almost everything under the Chitwan.

Day 2 : Chitwan Activities

Location: Chitwan National Park

Accommodation: Hotel, 3* accommodation

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

06.00 :Wake up call.
06.30 :Breakfast.
07.00 :Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. + Jungle Walk + on the way back one can enjoy the elephant bathing View.
13.00 :Lunch.
15.00 :Elephant Safari. An excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, wild bore, monkey, leopard, sloth bear and the Royal Bengal Tiger (If you are lucky). You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.
20.00 :Dinner.

Day 3 : Drive to Kathmandu

Location: Kathmandu

Meals Included: Breakfast

6:00 : Wake up call.
06.30 :Breakfast.
07.00 :Visit to the Government Elephant Breeding Centre.
10.00 :Departure for onward journey.

Mr. Sujan and the Alpine Himalaya team have been excellent to deal with. Sujan is excellent at trip planning and made us an amazing itinerary for the Annapurna circuit and activities in Pokhara like paragliding, bungee, & zip line. He also organised a cake for my birthday🎂. We completed Annapurna circuit with our guide Pemba Sherpa and porter Dawa Sherpa they were amazing. Pemba sherpa was very kind, professional, and took such great care of us. He really took the time to teach us about the culture in the mountains and shared details about the landscape. Just returned to Seoul after 14day Annapurna sanctuary trek. The trekking was fantastic and Sujan well organized everything for us and we could enjoy the trekking. It was once in a life time experience for me and Sujan arranged experienced sherpa and porter who made our trekking more enjoyable. I am 70 and worried about this challenging trekking and Sujan said to me that “age is only a number” and he helped me to do this trekking. Sujan is a really professional who can make the trekking more enjoyable and safe. I found that his main concern was customers’ safety and satisfaction. We recently trekked the Manaslu circuit over 11 days with Alpine Club of Himalaya. Pemba and Karma were excellent as guide and porter, respectively. This is the second time we have used Alpine Club of Himalaya and loved our experience again. The first trek was the Annapurna Circuit Trek and included experiencing Dashain during the trek. This recent trek we experienced Tibetan culture. Sujan is an excellent host, responsive, and attends to fine details. He and the team care about your well being and treat you like family.
