Day 1 : La Paz, Bolivia

Welcome to La Paz! Today, you will be picked-up from the airport and transferred to your accommodation.
Day 2 : La Paz, Bolivia
Location: La Paz

Today, you will embark on a walking city tour and take the famous "Mi Teleférico" cable car up to El Alto. After this, continue with a “trek” way down to the center of La Paz.
Day 3 : La Paz - Uyuni, Bolivia

Today, you will have a day at leisure to get some rest and explore La Paz on your own. In the evening, you will be picked-up from your accommodation and transferred to the bus station where you will catch your overnight bus to Uyuni.
Day 4 : Uyuni - San Juan or Atulcha, Bolivia

Today you will visit the Train cemetery and the town of Colchani before entering in the Uyuni salt flats.
Day 5 : San Juan or Atulcha - Huayllajara, Bolivia
Location: Eduardo Avaroa Andean Flora and Fauna Reserve

Visit to the Salar de Chiguana, the Andean lagoons of Cañapa, Chiarcota, and Hedionda, the Eduardo Avaroa Andean Flora and Fauna Reserve, and Laguna Colorada.
Day 6 : Huayllajara - Uyuni - La Paz, Bolivia
Location: Uyuni

Depart early in the morning to visit the active geysers of Sol de Mañana and continue to the thermal waters of Polques, before visiting Laguna Verde and Laguna Blanca. After this, take your transfer back to Uyuni.
Day 7 : Uyuni - Potosi, Bolivia

Today, you will take a public bus to Potosi and enjoy the scenic journey ride across the highlands. After this, you will have time at leisure to explore the city on your own.
Day 8 : Potosi - Sucre, Bolivia
Location: Sucre
Morning at leisure to explore the city. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the bus station to take the public bus to Sucre. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 9 : Sucre, Bolivia
Location: Sucre

Today, you will be picked-up from the hotel and you will take a taxi to La Recoleta to visit the ASUR Museum of Indigenous Art. You will see the facade of the cathedral, the Casa de la Libertad and finish in the main square.

Today, you will have the day at leisure to explore the city of Sucre on your own.
Day 11 : Sucre - La Paz, Bolivia

No! Most of our bamba travellers fall between the ages of 18 - 35, but everyone is young at heart and welcome to come experience the world with us! If you are between the ages of 18 and 118, we invite you to travel with bamba and have the time of your life! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Most of our trips cater to the adventurous independent traveller. In fact, many of our travellers arrive on their own and quickly find that they easily meet like-minded people along the way at their hostels, on transportation, or during activities.
