Please Note

The client must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at meeting point.

One hand luggage and one suitcase per person is allowed, in case of excess baggage, the supplement will be paid in cash at the beginning of the program.

Barcelona Local City Tax is not included, to be paid directly to the hotel.

Instructions for meeting point:

Day 1:  Departure from established hotels in Madrid. Please refer to your documentation for detailed departure information.

Day 7: the end point of the program is the same as the meeting point and and the tour will end at approximately 18:00 hrs

Please, in case you want to book optional transfers you must book your flights between 7 am and 8 pm (both inbound and outbound flights) 

For the optional transfer: At Madrid Airport, after collecting your luggage, a driver holding a sign displaying your name will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall outside the customs control area.

Terminal 1: the driver will be waiting at Post Office.

Terminal 2: the driver will be waiting at AENA Information Office.

Terminal 4: the driver will be waiting at Arrivals hall (Bar Mahou Madrid).
