Absolutely worth of it

07-Oct-2019

Lots of history and mythology. Beautiful country. Felt I got a nice overall tour of Greece

Good trip

20-May-2019

Tour guide Matthew / Mathias was really great and very knowledgeable about the places and history. Loved the way he narrated the details. Bus driver Costas was really great behind the wheel and on those narrow scary roads. Overall trip was great but only suggestion is the confusion of changing buses from the hotel was bit uncomfortable. If thats informed beforehand that would avoid that bit of unpleasantness.

5 stars trip

09-Feb-2020

I would give it 5 stars. I signed-up for the 7-day absolutely greek (escorted) that consisted of 3 separate tours: half-day Athens city tour, 4-day olympia-delphi-meteora tour and half-day 3-island tour. PROS: 1. The tour company agents were always available and prompt in attending to my enquiries before and during my visit (specifically Alex and Thanasis). 2. The tour guides were knowledgeable and funny, especially George during the meteora tour. 3. The hotels were great and met many new friends with whom I now still stay in touch with. CONS: 1. The island tour was last-minute cancelled due to low participation—I do understand this is not entirely the tour company’s fault as the weather was not great that week and it’s the off-season. This happened just 12 hours before the cruise tour (it was the second-last day of my visit) and would certainly appreciate it if I had been informed earlier. However, the tour agents were quick to respond and helped me make alternative arrangement— I was still able to visit an island on my own. 2. Didn’t have many lunch options for the meteora tour.

Great for solo travelers

21-Dec-2019

As a solo traveler, I rely on a trusted company that can get me safely from point A to B, especially when I’m unfamiliar with the area. At the same time, I expect them to provide excellent customer service (addressing questions/concerns, employing outgoing/knowledgeable guides, etc.). I feel safe to assume that they check all of these boxes off for me!”

Well designed

01-Sep-2019

The program is very well designed from the pick up to drop off. The guide in Athens was archaeologist and the new museum was excellent. During Delphi - Olympos and Kalambaka tour , we were around 30 people but it didn’t bother us. The hotel category is chosen smartly . I recommend it.

excellent customer service

14-Apr-2019

Eskapas customer service exceeded our expectations. Our intended small group tour (Absolute Greek) unfortunately did not materialize because of the Greek National Holiday and we were told that their local partners were not operational around those days. Eskapas re arranged our itinerary so we could still enjoy most of what we wanted to do and see. We ended up joining bigger groups in shorter trips and missing out on Olympia. Regardless of the mishap we still had an amazing time. We recommend Eskapas for their excellent customer service: quick, easy, and reliable communication. Thank you!

Wonderful guides

05-Oct-2019

Great tour! We were met at the airport and taken to a very nice hotel. The local partner ensured that we had information for our organized tours. We particularly enjoyed the half-day tour of the Acropolis and the four-day tour of the ancient Greece sites. Wonderful guides. Very enjoyable trip.

Mainland Greece Tour

16-Sep-2019

The organization in what appeared to be Greek Chaos was excellent. There was ample time to spend at each site to really explore. An amazing number of sites were covered in 4 days in the Greek Classic component and the Athens tours were well covered.
