In the morning panoramic tour of the city; we will contemplate its medieval origins such as the Arab fortress touring the Barrio de la Morería, characterized by the antiquity of its buildings and the flavors of its inns; we will tour the courtly Madrid of the Habsburgs with Philip II and its Renaissance and Baroque buildings in Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa; We will see the Madrid of the Bourbons and the urban layout of Carlos III, the Royal Palace, the Cibeles and Neptune Fountains and the Puerta de Alcalá; we will admire the works of the s. We'll leave from central Madrid at 8:30 am, heading to the Castilla-León region, where our first stop will be Ávila. After admiring the impressive Medieval wall that surrounds the old town, you'll have free time to explore the city.
Continuing onwards, we'll reach Salamanca, where we'll leave you discover the beautiful historic centre at your own pace: you'll soon see why it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the afternoon, we'll head over the border to Portugal and we'll spend the night in Porto.
