Day 1 : Arrival- Chilaw- Wilpattu
Location: Bandaranaike International Airport, The Backwaters Lodge - Wilpattu, Sri Munnessarama Devalaya

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, please clear immigration & visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you do not have goods to be declared to customs.

Proceed to Wilpattu via Chilaw.
Chilaw a delightful seaside town located on the west coast of Sri Lanka, with a wide sandy beach, big hotels, Chilaw is Sri Lanka’s most popular destination.
En route, visit Munneshwaram temple.
Munneswaram temple is an important regional Hindu temple complex in Sri Lanka. The temple complex is a collection of five temples, including a Buddhist temple. The temples are dedicated to Shiva, Ganesha, Aiyanar and Kali.
Arrive in Wilpattu and check in to a hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 : Wilpattu - Avukana - Habarana

Proceed to Wilpattu National park.
Wilpattu National Park is the largest park, located in the Northwest coast of Sri Lanka. Wilpattu national park, boasts one of the highest concentrations of leopards in the world, yet it's so much quieter than Yala that you'll likely go hours without seeing another safari vehicle. Instead, you can hope to see crocodiles, sambhur, water buffalo, elephants and the elusive sloth bear.
Proceed to Habarana.
En route, visit Avukana Buddha Statue.
The Buddha statue at Avukana is a remarkable rock carving of a standing Buddha. This statue is a masterpiece of man’s artistry and creative skill. Avukana was built during the reign of King Dhatusena in the 5th Century. Standing over 40 feet high, Avukana is the tallest of the ancient Buddha statues in the country.
Arrive in Habarana and check in to a hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 : Habarana-Sigiriya - Minneriya- Habarana

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Sigiriya.
Sigiriya is one of the most popular tourist attraction. This ruined, 5th century city has some extraordinary features, including moat and wall fortifications, elaborately landscaped gardens, and a monastery. It is an ancient rock fortress and palace built by King Kashyapa. It considered to be one of the most valuable historical monuments in Sri Lanka, has long been renowned as an architectural wonder of urban planning and engineering, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982.
Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Halfway up this rock are the world-famous frescoes of the ‘heavenly maidens of Sigiriya’ remnants of a gallery of frescoes.
In the evening, visit Minneriya National Park- Minneriya National Park is home to the world's largest known gathering of Asian elephants. Minneriya safari tours is a jeep safari tour. Safari starts at morning 6 am and evening 3pm every day. You can see elephants, spotted deer, sambar deer, wild buffalo, wild pig, purple-faced leaf monkeys, three types of mongooses, porcupine, and Indian pangolin are among the park's 24 animal species.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 : Habarana – Dambulla – Matale- Kandy

Dambulla / Kandalama / Sigiriya areas are the best locations for hot air ballooning activity due to its extremely calm and predictable nature. You'll be in the air for around an hour dependent upon weather conditions and suitable landing areas. The whole experience, from setting up, safety briefings, flight, landing and getting back to your original launch site lasts for approximately 4 hours.
Proceed to Kandy via Matale.
Kandy is the religious as well as administrative city of Sri Lanka. It's set on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are home to tea plantations and biodiverse rainforest. It is known as a pilgrimage destination for the Temple of the Tooth Relic a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5 : Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya is well known as the “Little England” located at an altitude of 1868m with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. Nuwara Eliya's European-style environment is a result of the city once being a retreat for colonial planters and high-society.
En route, visit shri Bhakta Hanuman Hindu Temple Ramboda
Witness Ramboda Waterfall.
Arrive in Nuwara Eliya and check in to a hotel.

Day 6 : Nuwara Eliya- Ella- Tissamaharama

The Central Highlands of Sri Lanka is a well-known World Heritage Site and it comprises three major sites which are Peak Wilderness Protected Area, Knuckles Conservation Forest, and the Horton Plains National Park. Yes, the mesmerizing Horton Plains National Park is one among the three. It is a nature reserve characterized by a beautiful landscape of rolling hills, forests, and grassland. It is home to 24 species of mammal - such as elk, deer, giant squirrel, wild boar, wild hare, porcupine, and leopard.
Proceed to Ella.
Arrive in Ella,
visit Nine Arches Bridge: The Nine Arches Bridge also called the Bridge in the Sky, is a viaduct bridge in Sri Lanka. It is one of the best examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country.

Day 7 : Tissamaharama-Yala- Galle- Kattunayake
