The organiser Showkot was very polite and professional when I booked my trip and he made every effort to ensure the best possible requirement for my trip. He stayed up late to help me book my trip from London.
In terms of the actual trip everything that was written on the itinerary was covered. The drivers(Amit and Rana) were very polite and helpful and the tour guides(Imran and Sushant) were also excellent. Please note that there is no tour guide in Delhi due to the number of places you have to visit so you have to visit these places individually, but the drivers will help you if you have any issues and if you need to exchange money. In terms of the hotels, please note that 3 star hotels in Delhi do not have a separate area for breakfast/lunch/dinner. You have to order food into your room. The hotels in Agra and Jaipur were excellent. One of the drivers(Rana) suggested I do an elephant ride in Jaipur and he managed to get me a large discount on this plus he also suggested I get a massage done which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was very impressed with his effort on these things.
Please note that tipping is a big thing in India and most people expect some form of tip for whatever little thing they do
