This was an amazing experience and almost definitely put down to the expertise and professionalism of Showkat Wani. He secured some fantastic hotels, which at prices I could not even get so, which was a massive bonus. We also wanted to slightly amend the itinerary, which again was no problem whatsoever. The driver secured was fantastic, although he didn’t talk very much,,which wasn’t a problem and the vehicle was brand new. I would highly recommend using this company. especially if you are travelling from abroad like we were from the UK. The only advice I would give is if you are adverse to spicy food then do not do the Package for dinner in the evenings as we found Keralan food to be very very spicy and western selection most non-existent covered in the prepaid buffet dinner. Mr Showkat Wani was a pleasure to deal with at all times, and even when we had some demanding requests, he always delivered with a smile, a true professional who clearly knows how to deliver world-class service. I was most impressed with the Radio WhatsApp group chat where we were constantly kept up-to-date on a daily basis of our itinerary, and also regularly asked about experience, and if anything else
