Today will have an optional private Guided Tour of Marrakech Medina with an official guide from Marrakech. You will see the famous Mosque of Koutoubia, the Medina and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian the Bahia Palace and Majorelle Gardens, night in Marrakesh.
Day 3 : Marrakesh to Boumalne Dades

We will start around 08:00 from Marrakech to Dades Gorges, crossing the Tizi-n-Tichka pass with far-reaching views across the mountains, to the traditional High Atlas Berber villages, then we continue to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, you will have lunch near the Kasbah, then we continue to Ouarzazate where you will visit the Kasbah Taourirt and the atlas studios, after that we continue to Dades gorges though Roses and Dades valley, we will spend the night in Boumalne Dades.
Day 4 : Boumalne Dades to Merzouga

After breakfast in the hotel, drive back through the valley to see the amazing rock formation “the monkey toes”, and the still-standing 19th century Kasbah of Ait Yul. Leaving the Dades valley towards Tinrghir and the Todra valley you’ll see the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Arriving at the Gorge you’ll walk under the 300m high red cliff, where many rock-climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport. Continuing our trip to Erfoud and Rissani where we’ll have lunch and afterward, we’ll leave for the village of Merzouga, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check into your
Day 5 : Merzouga

Exploring the different desert areas is one of the experiences you will appreciate. That is exactly what we are going to do today. We will visit some places. It starts with the drive to Khamlia village, where we will learn about the interesting way of life and culture of the people. This village is inhabited by people originally from Mali, Sudan and Mali. They were brought here as slaves at that time. The village is also known for its Gnawa music. After lunch, we will drive to the city of Rissani (optional visit), which is historically the first dynasty of the Alouite family (royal family). In the city there are the largest souks where a variety of goods are sold and people from the surrounding villages come to shop. Visiting the souks is a special and cultural experience. Then we drive back to Merzouga. Afterwards we start the camel trek to the Erg Chebbi dunes. You will spend the night and have dinner in a Berber hut under the endless starry sky. You can also listen to the Berber drums and music around the campfire.
Day 6 : Merzouga to Ouarzazate

After seeing the sunrise in desert, we go back on the camels to Merzouga after the breakfast and take shower in Hotel then start our journey to Ouarzazate trough the Berber villages of the Atlas Mountains (Alfin, Tazarine, agdz, Draa valley) we arrive to Ouarzazate in evening.
Day 7 : Boumalne Dades to Marrakesh

Today’s final destination is Marrakech. Before that, we leave Dades for Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa). On the way, we stop to visit the beautiful Valley of Roses in the Kalaat M’Gouna region. We will also drive along the fascinating road of the Thousand Kasbahs, where you can take great photos. The next place is the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. This impressive site served as a backdrop for several Hollywood movies (Gladiator, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven…) and international TV series (Prison Break Season 5, Game of Thrones…). It has also been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Then we will drive over the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2260 meters high above the Atlas Mountains) to Marrakech. Overnight stay in a riad in Marrakech.
Day 8 : Marrakesh

We dedicate the seventh day of this tour from Tangier to Marrakech to explore and visit the best sites and monuments of Marrakech. We will take you to cultural and historical sites such as the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian Tombs and the impressive Bahia Palace. Lunch will be in the medina near the vibrant heart of Marrakech (Jmaa El Fnaa Square). Afterwards, take a walk through the souks with their various stores and hundreds of handicrafts. The afternoon is free for you to take a walk and explore more. Overnight stay at the riad.
Day 9 : Essaouira

On the 9th day of the DESERT TRIP FROM TANGIER we will make an excursion to Essaouira. It is a city worth seeing in Morocco. It takes about 2 hours to reach from Marrakech. Essaouira is known as the city of the wind, which is a perfect attraction for surfers, and Mogador, the name it had when it was founded by the Portuguese in the 15th century. In Essaouira there are several attractions to visit, such as the Skala Ramparts, the Medina (Unesco World Heritage Site), the port of Essaouira, where you can eat fresh seafood …. Essaouira not only has a wonderful and ancient architecture, but is also located on the Atlantic Ocean. The trip also includes a cultural visit to the argan oil cooperative to see how the rare oil is extracted and learn about its natural and cosmetic uses. Overnight stay in a riad in Marrakech.
