Youll enjoy a scenic ferry crossing of the Shanghai River, offering stunning views of both sides of the city. Then, youll stroll through the Old City and visit the Yuyuan Garden, a private garden built during the Ming Dynasty. Youll also experience a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony, an important cultural ritual. As you pass through the fashionable Xintiandi district, youll stop for lunch. Afterward, explore Tianzifang, a charming neighborhood known for its narrow, winding streets filled with craft shops and art galleries. Your visit ends along the Bund, where old buildings stand as a testament to Shanghais European trade influence. The afternoon is free for you to enjoy at your leisure. If you wish, you can take a boat trip to see Shanghais vibrant skyline at night, an unforgettable experience.
Overnight in Shanghai

After breakfast, youll be transferred to the station to board the high-speed train (scheduled departure at 07:17). In just over five hours, youll travel through scenic countryside, covering 1,000 km to reach LUOYANG. Lunch is included. Upon arrival, youll explore the awe-inspiring Longmen Buddhist Caves, stretching over a kilometre along the rivers rocky cliffs, home to more than 100,000 sculpted Buddha images. A boat trip is also included for a unique perspective of the caves. Afterward, youll be transferred to the ancient city, where youll cross its grand walls and experience the lively atmosphere of its bustling streets, illuminated at night.
Overnight in Luoyang

In the early hours, youll head to the outskirts of Luoyang to visit the White Horse Buddhist Monastery, a vast and significant place of study where Buddhists from all over the world come to learn. From there, youll continue to Sanmenxia, a historic city on the Yellow River. Here, youll explore the Baoulon Temple, with its towering pagoda, and visit the renowned Guo Museum, home to the ancient funeral carriages from the former State of Guo. Lunch is included. Afterward, youll travel eastward, passing by Mount Hua, one of Chinas most sacred mountains, before arriving in Xian by the end of the afternoon.
Overnight in Xian

After breakfast in the fascinating city where the Silk Road began, youll start the day by visiting the Terracotta Army, an incredible site featuring thousands of life-size clay soldiers unearthed from underground. Afterward, youll return to Xian to explore the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Next, youll stroll through the walled city center, passing through the vibrant Muslim Quarter, where youll visit the mosque and experience the rich blend of cultures and religions that have shaped China. Your tour also includes entry to the Drum Tower, where youll enjoy a short performance showcasing traditional instrument playing. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight in Xian

After breakfast, youll depart Xian aboard a modern high-speed train, covering the 700 km to Chengdu in just over three hours. Upon arrival, youll head to the Panda Bear Research and Breeding Centre, a reserve home to 120 giant pandas and 76 red pandas. Lunch is included. In the afternoon, youll enjoy a leisurely stroll through Peoples Park, where youll see locals practicing Tai Chi by the serene lake and have the chance to relax in one of the parks traditional tea houses.
Overnight in Chengdu

Today, youll enjoy a full-day tour of Sichuan Province, known for its beautiful landscapes and traditional villages. In Dujiangyan, youll explore the ancient irrigation system that has been in operation for over 2,000 years, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Next, youll visit Qingcheng Shan, the \"Mountain of the Green City,\" a Taoist holy mountain. As you walk through the forested paths, youll encounter caves, pavilions, and centuries-old wooden temples. Lunch is included. Finally, youll visit the ancient city of Jiezi, where you can wander through alleys steeped in over a thousand years of history. Afterward, you'll return to Chengdu.
Overnight in Chengdu

Youll start your day early, as the train departs at 7:38 AM, covering nearly 1,000 kilometers in just over five and a half hours, passing through stunning mountain landscapes (picnic lunch on the train). Upon arrival in Congjiang, youll enter a hidden gem of China, rich in ethnic minority cultures. Youll visit the Basha Miao Village, nestled in the forest, home to an ethnic group known for its unique tradition of carrying firearms, a legacy from their history as bear hunters. Next, youll head to Zhaoxing, the heart of the Dong minority, renowned for its more than 800 traditional wooden homes. Often considered the most beautiful village in China, Zhaoxing offers a glimpse into a culture that has remained beautifully preserved.
Overnight in Zhaoxing

Today, youll experience one of the most beautiful and thrilling parts of your journey. Youll explore Guangxiao, a hidden gem of Dong ethnic villages, with stunning wooden architecture that feels frozen in time, far from the usual tourist crowds. Youll visit the villages suspension bridge, drum tower, and opera house, each steeped in local tradition. Your journey continues to Chengyang, where youll marvel at the magnificent “wind and rain bridge,” a true architectural wonder. After lunch, youll head to Longsheng to visit the breathtaking Longji Rice Terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A small bus will take you to panoramic viewpoints, and youll have the chance to walk along paths between the rice paddies, soaking in the magnificent scenery. Finally, youll arrive in Guilin in the late afternoon, ready for the next adventure.

Youll spend a full day in Guilin, a charming city known for its tranquil lakes, the scenic Li River, and bustling shopping streets in the heart of the city. The day begins with a visit to the Cane Flutes Grotto, a stunning cave filled with intricately shaped stalactites and stalagmites, illuminated in vibrant colors that create an otherworldly spectacle beneath the earths surface. In the afternoon, youll have free time to explore at your leisure. We recommend a visit to the Jingjiang Palace, often referred to as the \"miniature Forbidden City,\" where you can delve into the rich history and culture of this beautiful region.
Overnight in Guilin

Today after breakfast, youll embark on a scenic boat cruise along the Li River, where the breathtaking countryside unfolds before your eyes, showcasing verdant mountains, charming riverside villages, and uniquely shaped peaks that seem to defy nature. After a delightful lunch, youll arrive in Yangshuo, a lively tourist town brimming with energy and local culture, where you'll enjoy a leisurely stroll. Next, youll continue your journey through central China to the rural gem of Huangyao. This ancient city, beautifully preserved, offers a glimpse into the past with its narrow streets, ancient temples, and traditional architecture. A walk through Huangyao will transport you to a different time. Afterward, youll head to Guangzhou, arriving at the end of the day.

In Guangzhou, enjoy a two-hour tour of this vibrant southern metropolis. Youll stroll through Shangxiajiu Street, famous for its traditional market, visit the House of the Chen Clan, a stunning example of 19th-century architecture, and explore the lively riverside area. After free time and lunch, you'll travel to Zhuhai, a coastal city by the China Sea. Here, youll marvel at the impressive Opera House, opened in 2016, with its striking design symbolizing the sun and moon. In the morning, youll explore the historic city of Macau, whose center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After some free time and lunch, youll head to the incredible Hong Kong–Macau Bridge. Opened in late 2018, this engineering marvel spans over 30 kilometers, featuring 6 kilometers of underwater tunnel and artificial islands. Youll stop at the tourist platform to take in the breathtaking view.In the afternoon, youll arrive in Hong Kong. After settling in, enjoy a scenic ride on the iconic Star Ferry across Hong Kong Bay, with the opportunity to stroll and admire the dazzling skyline illuminated on the other side. Youll return to your hotel area for dinner, completing a day filled with awe-inspiring sights and experiences.

After breakfast, youll begin your day with a visit to Hong Kongs financial center, where towering skyscrapers create a striking cityscape. Youll explore the History Museum, which offers fascinating insights into the citys past, including its colonial era and World War history. Next, youll stroll along the Avenue of Stars by the dock, honoring the citys cinematic legends. Then, hop aboard the iconic Star Ferry for a scenic ride across Hong Kong Bay. Once on the other side, youll take a bus up to Victoria Peak (552 m), where youll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city. Your return journey will be aboard the famous Peak Tram, adding to the experience. Afterward, youll have a free afternoon to relax or explore at your leisure.
