Hi we had an excellent 3 day trip around Sri Lanka. Our journey started at Colombo, Kandy, Horton Plains and ended in Yala. Our driver Nilantha was very experienced. The drive was very smooth and relax. He was always in time and with a big smile. Everything was arranged well for us. Overall we rate 5 out of 5. The car was very clean and comfortable. Our driver, Nilantha is extremely friendly and helpful!! He is more like a tour guide to us! He recommended places to go and things to do without forcing. He will also introduce us to some of the secret tourist spots. He even advice us on the pricing of services and items there, and negotiated the best price for us. It was a wonderful experience with Nilantha!

We had an excellent experience of Sri Lanka with Dammika. We toured for 6 days and right from day 1 Dammika helped us out in getting basic things sorted be it our travel itinieary or arranging for local sim cards or currency exchanges. He was punctual, suggested us great spots, car was always in excellent condition and overall he’s an amazing human being and a reflection of humble lovely people of Sri Lanka. Had a wonderful tour with King Coconut holidays and Dammika. Contacted them through this portal and after a few initial hiccups got a few responses. Chose King Coconut holidays – Gayan is a thorough professional and gave us tips and guidance to plan a proper itinerary. The driver he assigned – Dammika – was more of a travel companion than a driver. With Dammika, we were completely assured that we will have an amazing holidays in SL. Though, the pick-up at the airport was a bit chaotic, however, once Dammika stepped in, we were assured and started our journey through the pearl island. We visited Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa and Hikkaduwa. Dammika was more than our guide. He was more of a trusted friend, and full of knowledge. His insights into historical and natural wonders of SL was really useful and knowledgeable. He was attentive to our requirements, our demands and we were so assured of his driving skills. He has extensive knowledge of the sights, restaurant, instagram spots, history, and roads of Sri Lanka. Also, his driving techniques are an absolute must if you are traveling in Sri Lanka, which has many mountain roads. Sometimes I felt he took pride in showing the best of his country to us. I must give a personal thanks to him for arranging the Train tickets from Nuwara Eliya to Ella at the last minute. The train journey was the highlight of our trip – Thanks to Dammika. But besides all that, he is also extremely friendly and courteous and the conversations with him are so interesting that the time flies by. He knew when to give us time and space and when to ask to stick to the schedule, without being pushy. I must appreciate Gayan for calling up every day to check on our wellbeing and how our tour was going on. He recommended a few hotels as well without being pushy and allowed to choose at our own convenience. We recommend Dammika without reservation, will contact him again either for advice or a ride and wish him and his family from the bottom of our hearts the best! Thank you very much Dammika!
