The owner of the Let's...

22-Jul-2023

The owner of the Let's Book Travel company does not care about client satisfaction. Look at other companies instead. In response to the owner. We wanted to start 2 hrs later, not cancel. We spoke to the guide and the driver, who told us they did not mind starting later if they knew there was an issue. It seems like you did not even notify the driver or the guide but refused us, blaming it on the driver. Regarding the 12hrs. You contacted us the night before with confirmations giving us no choice of making any adjustments or cancelation. People on the cruise do not always have service. That's why I advise others to be careful with this company. ...more ...less
