Before leaving this beautiful place behind, we will visit the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the archaeological museum, powerful and well-known around the world spot.
After seeing Archea Olympia, we will head to another important and sacred place – Delphi. There we will stop for the night.

Ancient Greeks believed that Delphi was the Navel of the Earth. It is home to the world-famous oracle. Pilgrims from all over the Hellenic world came here to learn about their future or to ask for advice of the ancient Greek god Apollo through the words of Pythia. Also there is one of the most interesting and amazing museums in Greece. Then driving through authentic little villages of Central Greece, we will keep our way to the small town of Kalambaka.

You will see one of the most impressive regions in the country – Meteora. A real geological wonder, formed millions of years ago attracts visitors from all over the world. But it is known not only for the breathtaking landscape. ‘Suspended in space’ is the name given to the area for housing Christian monasteries, built by monks on the top of 600-meter-high rocks centuries ago. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1989.
Our way back will go through such towns as Trikala, Lamia and Thermopylae. There we will make a short stop to take a picture of a famous Monument of Leonidas. We will reach Athens by approximately 7:00 pm.
