Day 1
:
Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Lung Khuy Cave – Nam Dam village (≈90km) (L/D)

7:30 - Begin your loop of the area in Ha Giang city from which we will drive about 60km on the trail to reach Quan Ba town. From there we will mark our first stop for lunch in this beautiful town offering magnificent views of the Heaven Gate and the Twin Mountains (Fairy Bosom). In the afternoon, we will ride on to Lung Kung cave to witness how Nature could create such a masterpiece, only 20km away from the city. Your exploration will begin, you will have approximately 2 hours to discover the cave by yourself. Dinner and overnight back in Quan Ba Town in a Dzaohomestay, free time to relax before tomorrow’s adventures.
Day 2
:
Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Lung Cu – Dong Van (≈130km) (B/L/D)
Location: Dong Van
Accommodation Name: hotel

Enjoy the morning light with the sounds of mountainous countryside, check-out and prepare yourself as today we will reach the northernmost frontier of Vietnam. Drive about 60km to Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, the perfect location to snap great photos. On the way we will stop to visit Vuong Palace that belonged to Vuong Trinh Duc, H’Mong King who leaded 70 000 H’Mong ethnic people in this area. Back on the trail, we will continue our loop to the final frontier and travel through Ma Le, the ‘one-eyed ghost’ area. This road remains a secret, it can take you to the northernmost point of Vietnam, Lung Cu, home of the Lo Lo ethnic minority. After conquering the land, we will reach Dong Van for a late lunch, and a relaxing time at the hotel.
Day 3
:
Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Du Gia (≈110km) (B/L/D)
Location: Ha Giang

If you are lucky to be travelling in Dong Van on a Sunday morning, do not miss out on the weekly market which gathers all the local ethnic minorities in the area and gives you the unique opportunity to walk through the crowd, witness the trade market of buffalos, cows or chickens, or be dazzled by the colourful booths of traditional ethnic clothes. Escape the market and start driving about 30min to visit Ma Pi Leng Pass, one the most beautiful views in Vietnam in the mountains. In-between cliffs, you can see below the tranquil river Nho Que making its way in the land. Your journey takes you near the clouds as we will trek on a H’mong path along Ma Pi Leng Pass. After the trek, we will continue driving to Meo Vac town to enjoy a well-deserved lunch at a local restaurant. The road will then take us from one hill to the other to Du Gia National Park, also home of a Tay ethnic community. After a 3-hour drive we will stop at Du Gia Village to rest, enjoy a home-cooked dinner and overnight at a Tay homestay.
Day 4
:
Du Gia – Lung Tam village – Ha Giang (≈130km) (B/L)
Location: Ha Giang
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch
Today, we will visit Lung Tam Village, the residence of H’Mong ethnic people, very famous for their linen production and weaving. We will then travel back to Quan Ba before finishing our loop at Ha Giang city. Our last lunch of the tour will be served at a local restaurant. After returning the bikes, and as we are not ready to leave you just yet, we will go and visit a Tay village near the Ha Thanh waterfall to refresh ourselves.
