The 14 days Everest Base Camp Trek itinerary typically starts with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, a small mountain town that serves as the gateway to the Everest region. From Lukla, the trek follows the Dudh Koshi river valley and passes through picturesque Sherpa villages like Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Gorak Shep.

Day 2 : Fly From Kathmandu To Lukla (2,800M) And Trek To Phakding (2,652M).
Location: Tenzing-Hillary Airport

You will take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. After landing in Lukla, you will start your trek to Phakding, a small village along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. The trek takes around 3-4 hours.
Day 3 : Trek From Phakding To Namche Bazaar (3,440M)

Day 9 : Trek From Lobuche To Gorak Shep (5,160M) And Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364M)

You will hike to Kala Patthar, a small peak near Gorak Shep, to get a stunning sunrise view over Mount Everest. You will then return to Gorak Shep for breakfast and rest for a while.
Then you will trek from Gorak Shep to Pheriche (4,240m). Finally, you will trek back to the small village of Pheriche, passing by several small villages and enjoying the beautiful views of the mountains along the way. The trek takes around 5-6 hours.
Day 11 : Trek From Pheriche To Namche Bazaar (3,440M)
