Day 1: Delhi - Shimla

Location: New Delhi

Accommodation: Hotel

Once you reach the Delhi Airport / Railway Station, an Offbeat India Tours representative offers an assisted transfer to your first destination Shimla, by road. As you arrive, check-in at the hotel. After settling into the rooms, the day is at your own discretion. Spend the day doing the activities of your interest. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Shimla - Kufri - Shimla

Location: Shimla

Accommodation: Hotel, Hotel

Post breakfast, day 2 is scheduled for an excursion to Kufri, a must-visit place. Placed at an altitude of 2290 m above sea level, Kufri is blessed with tranquility and scenery. It is dotted with tourist attractions like Mahasu Peak, Chini Bungalow, Indira Tourist Park, etc. When back in Shimla, visit the Vice Regal Lodge- once the summer residence of various British viceroys, it boasts an interesting English Renaissance architecture. After that in the evening, enjoy a leisure walk on the Mall Road. Delicious Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Shimla - Manali

Location: Manali

Accommodation: Hotel

Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner

After breakfast on the 3rd day, get transferred by road to Manali. Placed at an altitude of 2050 m above sea level, Manali is a very popular hill station flocked by a large number of tourists every year. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Get some rest. The evening is at leisure. You can enjoy a visit to Mall Road and then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Manali Sightseeing

Location: Manali

Accommodation: Hotel

Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner

Today, get all set for visiting the prime attractions of Manali, including Hadimba Devi Temple, Jagatsukh, and Vashisht Kund. Later in the day, explore the Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft center. Then, take a walk up to the old Vashisht village. Back to the hotel for dinner. Stay overnight.

Day 5: Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali

Location: Manali

Accommodation: Hotel

Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner

The day is scheduled for enjoying the sights and experiences at Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. Our pre-arranged car will take you to enjoy the spectacular views of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. In addition, you can indulge in adventure opportunities in Solang Valley like zorbing and paragliding.

The next visit of the day is to Rohtang Pass, covered with snow all-round the year, lying at an elevation of 3,978 m. It is open from June to October. Enjoy playing with snow here. The day would be filled with fun activities and various mesmerizing sights.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

PS: Rohtang Pass excursion is not included in our package cost due to Manali Taxi Union. It will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guests as per the taxi union permit.

Note: Rohtang Pass will be closed every Tuesday & sightseeing tours will be possible subject to weather conditions.

Day 6: Manali - Delhi

Location: New Delhi

Meals Included: Breakfast

Today is the last day of the tour. Relish an early morning breakfast. Then, complete the check-out formalities and begin your drive back to New Delhi. Get an assisted transfer to the Delhi railway station / Airport for your onward journey.

Excellent Overall Experience with Offbeat India Tours

Offbeat India Tours is a well-Organized Tour Company which arranged every little detail for our recent visit to India from 21st to 31st December 2023. They provided a very good quality car the Toyota Innouva. Some were Brand New even. The Drivers were very experienced & explained all the different places of interest along the way. Driving skills were very good & maneuvering the mountain roads which was not easy but they made it feel easy for us. We went to Delhi & they organised the Train to Shimla to Chandigarh where another driver picked us up & drove us to Shimla where we spent 3 days in a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views of Shimla & the mountains from our Hotel Room. Dinner & Breakfast was provided at all our Hotels. At Shimla we managed to go to Christmas Day Mass & we also went on a cable car up to the Temple of the Monkey God. We were then driven to Manalli where we spent 2 days enjoying the Snow activities on day 2 which included Basic Skeeing & some tobogganing down the slope in a tyre. The next day we were driven to Amritsar where we were booked into a Hotel right in the middle of the city & visited the Golden Temple which was a mind-blowing experience ! The next day we were dropped off at the Train Station where we boarded the train to Delhi (a 6 to 7 hour train journey) where we were picked up by another driver & driven to our Hotel at 2am (as our train was delayed) The next day our driver drove us to some shops in Delhi before proceeding to the Airport to catch our flight back to Singapore. The whole Tour was a seamless pleasant experience which I would recommend to anyone who wishes to visit Nothern India & the Himalayan Foothills. Offbeat India Tours is an excellent professionally run Organisation I would highly recommend.
