What is included in my holiday?
All items that are included are clearly stated in our documentation. Add-ons such as insurance, bags and single room supplements are mentioned separately. In some cases you may have to pay a local departure tax or local transport cost. This will be detailed in your documentation and our local guides will assist you with these. Tipping is not included in your holiday price.

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
TD active Holidays strives to meet its customer’s needs. If you find, after booking your holiday, that certain aspects are no longer suitable, please contact your agent and ask them to get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your change requests. Low Deposit
TD Active Holidays requires a minimum deposit of 25% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 70 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy
We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of td active holidays charges.
Up to 70 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
At 69 days before tour starts: Forfeit 40% of booking price.
At 42 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of booking price.
At 28 days before tour starts: Forfeit 80% of booking price.
At 7 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
