Day 2 : Ponferrada – Las Médulas 27.8Km

Begin the Camino de Invierno by heading south to Toral de Medayo. Continue to Villavieja for the largest ascent of today, 240m over 3km. Slowly descend to Borrenes before the final short ascent for the day to Las Médulas. The Roman mining area of Las Médulas was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

Day 3 : Las Médulas – O Barco De Valdeorras 27.2Km

Today is an easy stage that descends from Las Médulas through the Valdebría Valley. Leave Castilla y León behind as you enter Galicia crossing the River Sil via the Puente de Domingo Florez. Take time to stroll along the Malecón and enjoy the local cuisine.

Day 4 : O Barco De Valdeorras – A Rúa

This is the easiest and shortest stage of the route, which leads past wineries, archaeological sites, and caves of Roman origin. The River Sil continues to guide your journey to A Rúa. If possible, and entirely at the discretion of the Tour Operator, a change of the dates may be possible without charging an amendment fee, provided that it is requested at least 30 days before the departure date. The Natural Adventure requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 42 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy
We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of the natural adventure charges.
Up to 42 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
At 30 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of booking price.
At 14 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
