Any practitioners who were caught teaching or practicing the art were punished by being shot in the knees. Hence this art was taught in secrecy from father to son for generations. The master of the school will greet you and explain the history and traditions of this art. Thereafter, witness as the students begin their daily practices and training which includes feats of strength and agility.
