Her enthusiasm

22-Sep-2024

Overall a great tour. The outings were fantastic, and meals were great. Our tour director Loretta made the trip a real joy. Her enthusiasm, ownership, and committed care for our group was amazing. For example, she went to great lengths to ensure we had breakfast on the last day before our very early flight. The only negative was the changes in hotels from those listed in the brochure. That put a wrinkle in our plans for free time and dinners. ...more ...less

This was a great trip

23-Jun-2024

This was a great trip. The only concern was the accommodations had changed from what was advertised and we stayed on the outskirts of Banff instead of close to downtown. If it weren’t for having to climb stairs to get to your room and also another flight to go to bed it is what I would consider below average. Other than that it was a great trip and the remaining accommodation were very nice. ...more ...less
