We’ll head out and explore Budapest’s famous ruin bars! Top of our list is the famous Szimpla Kert!

Day 2: Budapest

Location: Budapest

Get ready to make a splash at Budapest's iconic Szechenyi Thermal Bath! Before we hit the hot tubs, we'll stroll through the city to see some of the most important landmarks of Budapest - we will see the beautiful parliament building and the Basilica of St. Stephen. Then, it's bathing suit time! You're free to soak as long as you like. Spend the rest of your day splashing away, swimming or relaxing in the local sauna. After a big first night, tonight is a chilled one to spend as you please. Head out with the TruFam, grab a delicious dinner or catch up on some sleep after a couple of big days!

Day 3: Budapest

Location: Budapest

Today, you can snooze a little longer and grab a lie in. Feeling adventurous? Consider crossing over to the other side of the city and explore Buda Castle; it's a real eye-catcher! But don't rush – this is your free time to relax or explore at your own pace. Take a leisurely stroll along the Danube promenade, grab a coffee at a local café, or simply unwind in one of Budapest's charming parks. After the sun sets, we'll embark on a party boat along the Danube River. And if you're up for it, we might just sneak in some extra club-hopping after– because Budapest's nightlife is a wild ride!

Day 4: Budapest/Vienna

Location: Budapest

Pack your bags, TruFam; Vienna, here we come! We’ll hop on the train and head to our next destination. Before we get too cosy in Austria, we'll take a quick orientation walk and then indulge in some Austrian spirits in the evening. Vienna, often called the "City of Music" and the "City of Dreams," offers 10/10 experiences to explore. From the ornate Schönbrunn Palace to the delights of Sachertorte, this city is a treasure trove of culture and cuisine. Vienna is like the whole pastry section of a bakery - full of delightful treats!

During this experience, you'll learn the secrets of crafting silky-smooth chocolate, and you'll get to indulge in your own creations. But the adventure doesn't end there! We'll also be hitting up some of Vienna's coolest bars to toast to our final night in Austria. Sip on signature cocktails, challenge each other to a dance off or just sit back and unwind as you pinch yourself that yes you really are hopping around Europe! A sweet night. Sweet as chocolate some might say ;)

After the journey, we'll either hit the lido for a splash (if the season allows) or trek to Bled Castle for a viewpoint that's "peak" perfection! The evening is free to spend as you please, may we suggest watching the sunset over the lake beer in hand? Sounds pretty perfect to us.

Day 7: Bled

Rise and shine for an early start to our adventure at Lake Bled! After a picturesque train and bus journey, we arrive just in time to soak in the breathtaking views. Depending on the season, you might even have the opportunity to take a refreshing dip or a trek to the awe-inspiring Bled Castle viewpoint. Awesome trip, great way to...

Awesome trip, great way to see so much of Mexico in a short space of time. Top moments were the beach at Holbox, swimming in the 7 colours lagoon, experiencing the cenotes, all the guacamole, delicious breakfast recommendations, seeing Xichen Itsa and biking in Tulum. Our guide was Eve and she was THE BEST. We have done a bunch of other trips and she was by far the most personable, creative, fun, lovely person with a lot of experience and wonderful ability to share her knowledge with us. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to party and catch a lot of culture all in one trip. I loved that the group was only 10 people, gave us a chance to meet everyone and there wasn’t a divide in the group nor too many people.

I completed the Colombia tour, and it was absolutely amazing! Traveling with the group was so much fun (and very safe), and we got to explore a variety of stunning places throughout the country. Colombia truly is a remarkable destination, offering a mix of breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cities. Our tour leader, Manu, was exceptional! His commitment to ensuring we had a fantastic experience was evident in every aspect of the trip.

10-Dec-2023

Words can not describe how amazing this trip was! Especially our tour guide Kevin, he is a wonderful person and made the trip even better than I could have hoped for! The best part was i decided to share this experience with my 73 year old dad, and Kevin and the rest of the group were wounderful with him, nothing was ever a problem and if there was they would go out of their way to make sure he shared the same experience as the rest of us. Especially very step stair, my heart would be in my mouth but by day two they all had a system where they would all grab an arm each and someone would stand in front just in case he slipped, it was so heartwarming to see 🥺 One morning Kevin even went out of his way to take dad on a walking tour of Hanoi but instead of walking, dad was carried on a push bike so that he didn’t miss out and then he later came to collect us and took us out on the same tour on foot. He made me and my dad feel like we weren’t a burden or anything! He was utterly amazing and I’m so thankful he was our tour guide. Thank you Kevin for being such an amazing person and going above and beyond for us. I recommend this tour to anyone! And don’t be afraid to take your mum or dad because I promise you’ll be in safe hands with Kevin 🥰 lots of love Betty Bee and Mr Tony 🖤💛

I am on my final day of the 10 day Bali Experience and I honestly can’t put into words how much I’ve loved my trip. As my first time solo travelling I was a bit nervous, but this was the perfect trip. Everything about it has been amazing and the activities have exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about the trip was our tour guide - Ibing we love you soooo much. Ibing has been so kind, caring and helpful and has always gone above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group feels safe and is having a great time. I am going to miss Ibing and my whole TruTravels family so much.

20-Jan-2024

I did the Vietnam Experience with Lucas and it was an amazing tour! He was on time with all the info we needed, super organized and great company to hang out with! Any culture or history questions were answered and we learned lots of things about this amazing country! I really liked how respectful and mindful he was of others; He knew how to deal with the more sensitive people in the group and was super nice to everyone! My highlights of the trip where : Hoi An and Ninh Binh 😊 The activities were so much fun and the views incredible!! Also, despite the rainy weather he made sure we had a great time! I would definitely recommend him to my friends! Thanks Lucas for a great trip!!
