Whilst you are almost there, there is one last ascent towards Berceto. Cycle the Via Francigena - Parma to Siena

16 May 2023

A friend and I rode the Parma to Siena trip in May 2023. The journey was fantastic, the food incredible and the satisfaction of completing the journey empowering. All of the lodging provided by UTracks was comfortable, clean and the staff friendly. The free breakfasts were ample and satisfying, though the quality was better at some stops than others. The bikes were a bit heavy, but we were able to complete all of the legs in a reasonable amount of time. Great trip!

A great way to see Italy. I think it would have been great if we could have been offered the option to upgrade some of the hotels as the beds were rather uncomfortable at some of the place especially Hotel Rex in Lucca!
