Our expectations were high, and yet they were exceeded!

I found the 16 day "Hidden Charm of Vietnam" holiday on the Travelzoo site. As I read through, it seemed too reasonably priced to be true. With the flights, international & domestic, sleeper train to & from Sapa, cruising 2 days & 1 night on Halong Bay, 2 night, 3 days HomeStay at the Meekong, all accommodation, many meals, all tours & guides, pick up and drop off plus more....all inclusive, it appeared too cheap. I was sceptical and to be honest thought it was a scam. I emailed SVIET Travel asking for verification and I also did my own research emailing Travelzoo. Wherever I looked, SVIET Travel came up genuine so we decided to book. Without exaggeration this was a phenomenal adventure. We had an initial hiccup at the airport but Hien owned it and promptly sorted it out. We travelled from Hanoi, to Sapa, to Halong Bay to the Meekong, to Ho Chi Minh over 16 days. The accommodation was excellent, all well appointed hotels with breakfast. The guides were affable, knowledgeable and had good English. The drivers arrived promptly. As an Australian English speaking couple we were at the mercy of the hotel receptionists and at all times we were given all the information we needed for each day - this had been provided in advance by SVIET Travel. Hien was very easy to work with, whenever I emailed her, she promptly replied and even did so part way through our trip to ask if we were enjoying our time in Vietnam. Amazing trip to Sapa, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Dong Hoi & Danang

Hien From S Viet travel organized our trip starting from visa approval letter to car hire/driver/accommodation/train booking for our Sapa tour, halong tour, Halong cruise, Dong Hoi caves tour, Hue & Danang tour. Everything was well organized and Hien was always available on the phone to assist with even after hours. Everyone in our group including children had good time. Thank you for well organized trip.

Trip to Hanoi Vietnam

Hein from Sviet gave me better deal and the over all package was very good and the way they arranged the trip was very good. we dint have to wait for the driver or the guide as they were at the door step with in promised .Accommodation was good and Hein was there to assist us after working hour also. A great experience.

Our tour was booked by Realistic Asia thru Travel Triangle. The total itinerary arranged by Realistic Asia was really good. All you have to do is give them the dates and the type of holiday you are looking for and they'll customise the itinerary. The best part is even the smallest details were taken care of. And they ensure that you enjoy your vacation. Unlike other companies, they continuously check whether you have reached all the places correctly, time adherence is of prime importance for them and they are available for any guidance whenever you want. Hotel availability and private transfers were pre arranged, so no waiting for the cabs to come and pick you :) It was a really great experience and Ms Lana from Realistic Asia actually ensured that we make the most of the trip. Perfect 10 days in Vietnam and Cambodia !

My family (8 of us) went on a 10 day vacation on Vietnam and Cambodia ( to see Angorwat only) in January. Hien from S Viet helped me decide on the itinerary based on my requirements. Taking into account that most people my group were elderly, activities and tours included were not physically strenuous, but still quite fun. The quote for the package was reasonable with 3 star hotels at all locations. I had book the trip with S Viet 6 months back in June. And yet all the arrangements were perfect and on time. Hien was reachable on What's app to answer all my questions and responded quite promptly. Special shout out to our guides Vu (Hanoi and Ninh Binh), Jessica (Hoi An), Nam (Ha Long Bay)and Prasoon ( Siem Reap) for being helpful, providing really good information and recommending places to shop and eat. Despite the closures due to Covid19 our tour guide Chung gave us great tour and his english was excellent. He also gave us great advise and a highlight was introducing us to Egg Coffee in Hanoi.

Vietnam and Cambodia- custom built agenda for ME

I had the most incredible experience in our first time ever vacation to Vietnam and Cambodia. I worked with Irina Hatcher at SViet Travel whom I've found through Trip Advisor and thought I would give it a try! Irina was so patience, pleasant and such a professional to work with. She kept me up to date on all our plan, flights and the itinerary of each day. Everything as on point and she made me feel safe and comfortable all the way of my vacation. I have never met a guide who cared so much about their customer, I truly appreciate Irina and SViet Travel for this wonderful experience to which I will not forget! Aussies going to Vietnam - use this Hanoi based travel agent!

I had long planned to to Vietnam, had done some research, so when I found a good deal on Travelzoo for SViet Travel, based in Hanoi, I started communicating, with my series of questions patiently answered over several days. I was nervous about booking with and sending money to Vietnam. I should not have worried at all. MInah co-ordinated everything for us - from Visa letters, to airport pickups, hotels (with room upgrades at times). We visited Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Mekong Delta, Saigon. Everything went smoothly (and when there were hiccups it was ME who had not read Minah's notes carefully!). All flights, pickups, private guides, accommodation were all booked by Minah. We had so many valuable, memorable experiences mixing with the local Vietnamese people. Just have an idea of where you want to go, how long you want to spend in each place and then rely on Minah or her team to organise it all for you. Or take an existing tour - such as Hidden Charms of Vietnam as we started with (and added to). I feel it benefits everyone to use a local travel agent. Why pay an Australian agent that extra fee?

Chris did an outstanding job as our tour coordinator from Realistic Asia. They were extremely organized and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour enjoyable and informative. Chris was also very friendly and approachable, making everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend them for any future tours!

Vietnam in 10 days

Vietnam was a revelation, and so was SViet Travels! Hannah, who handled the itinerary and the travel plans for our family of 6, was an absolute delight to communicate with and the organization was inch-perfect. I would recommend SViet to anyone traveling to South east Asia.

Vietnam Holiday - Great fun, well organised, good value

My family of five, including 3 teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday organised by Hien Do at S Viet Travel. The people, the scenery, the food, the countryside and cities were all amazing. Highlights were homestays in the Sapa Valley and Mekong Delta and a row boat trip through caves near Ninh Binh, but Hanoi and Saigon were also great to experience. Our guides Huan (Hanoi), Ha (Sapa), Soon (Ninh Binh), Nhi (Mekong Delta) and Phat (Saigon) were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. While we saw and did a huge amount in 15 days, the trip was relaxing in the sense that we didn't have to think about how we were getting to our next location - bus, train, boat, bicycle and plane trips were all thoroughly well-planned and on time. Included meals were always plentiful, varied and delicious. The other couple in our group were good company. There was a good balance of organised activities and free time. The only downside was a couple of days of heavy rain while in the north, but we carried on regardless and it didn't spoil the holiday at all. Overall, I can highly recommend this trip.

Amazing Vietnam

We loved every stay of our trip and enjoyed it thoroughly.Hoi An and Danang gets a special mention because it was much more beautiful than we had expected and we are glad we chose it. Great travel agent with personal touch

I had taken a 9 days trip to Cambodia and Vietnam from S Viet Travel through Travel Triangle. Jeane from S Viet Travel took care of each of our needs and provided a customized private tour package. Cambodia to Vietnam by water

We originally booked our trip for October 2018 but due to ill health we had to postpone it. Hien was very helpful and Realistic contacted us August this year to start planning our trip. We had the most amazing trip from airport pickup tp airport drop off. There was a driver at every point, guides to explain both the attractions and local information. Our accomodation was first rate and meals were stunning. Dat from Realistic was fantastic, every aspect of the 16 day trip went smoothly and he was in constant contact with us by email. Pu Luong with Chuong

During our trip in Vietnam, organized by Realistic Asia, we went also to Po Luong with our Guide Chuong. It was a really nice trip with a great trekking tour. Our guide have us lots of good information about the countryside. We stayed in the Pu Luong Tree House, which was also wonderful and had excellent home made food there. Everyone was really nice and welcomed us with lots of joy. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our stay and can only recommend everyone to come as well.

Incredible Trip to Vietnam and Thailand by Realisticasia!

Book with Realisticasia.com and just enjoy a fully planned trip to Vietnam and Thailand. This firm, especially Kate Tran, makes traveling to Asia easy, enjoyable and affordable. Every single connection was perfect, even if our airline was late. Every excursion is well thoughtout and gives the traveler opportunities to visit real people where they live, eat and work in addition to seeing all of the popular sites. Our trip only had one other participant, so every excursion was like having a private tour guide. We went in December 2019 and the weather was fine. One suggestion is for travelers to bring some mosquito wipes. Another tip is to bring lots of one dollar bills for tips. They seemed to be appreciated by everyone. The first and perhaps best excursion is traveling from Hanoi to Ba Vi. Our guide, Christine, introduced us to several families, arranged a cooking class, foot baths, bike riding through small villages, brought us to where tofu being made, brought us to where we picked and crushed tea leaves readying them to be dried, brought to lunch where we ate some of the food we had helped to make. This day-long adventure would never be available on any other trip. The other most memorable guide was Roger in Bangkok. He bought us reliably good street snacks and gave us excellent insight into Buddhism. Every guide and every driver Realisticasia selected spoke clear english, introduced us to the cultural issues in each venue. Every hotel (we selected the upgraded hotels) was absolutely wonderful. Every buffet breakfast included Asian as well as Western foods. Speaking of food, ready yourself to taste delights unlike those you get at home. The flavors and varieties just are better than those available in the USA. The trip includes an overnight trip through ERA Cruises on the memorable Ha Long Bay with beautiful accomodations, a cooking class, first rate food, kayaking and unforgetable views. This side trip would have been enough to justify the entire trip, but the other excursions offered so much more. We biked through rice paddies, we rode in Sampans with locals, we rode in a Tuk Tuk, went to the floating market, rode in bamboo boats, fished with a local and still had several unprogrammed days to spend on a beach in Phuket. Arrangements were good !!!!

S Viet organised our tour - for Cambodia - Vietnam and Laos. the organising of airport pick up - drop and other tour itinerary were good. we had organised our air tickets and hotels on our own , but the local sightseeing were taken care by S Viet . Ms.Hannah made all the arrangements in these three countries - spanning Siem Reap , Saigon , Hanoi and Luang Prabang. the transport , choice of sight seeing locations were all good. the local guide at Siem Reap - THERA is just so so and not very knowledgeable but a good guy. how ever the guide at Ha long bay - KIEN or KENT as he calls himself was very professional and knowledgeable.he s an excellent person himself and was very interesting. he likes his job - so much that he say he LIVES and not Survives..... the guide at Saigon who took us for a tour on the four island tour - FAUZI was good and enthusiastic. he made the sightseeing well sequenced and interesting... the guide who took us to the cu chi tunnels ( forgot his name )- was very knowledgeable , enthusiastic and sportive. the guide at Luang Prabang was SU KAN and the driver was TAK - was very soft and very knowledgeable thanks to hannah , kent , fauzi , thera , Tak , Su kan and the guide ( whose name i forget....) as you guys made our tour memorable. Hannah from Sviet was always available and gave excellent support. It was really a no hassle trip for us...Thanks..

Best travel agent we have ever used

My wife and I just returned from a 3 week trip to Vietnam that was completely co-ordinated by SVIET Travel. My wife worked with them to sort out a custom itinerary that took us from Sapa south to the Mekong Delta. SVIET looked after all of our internal arrangements, including trains, internal flights, private tours and drivers (literally planes, trains and automobiles...). EVERYTHING went off precisely on-time and without a hitch. Drivers and guides were excellent and the tours were well-chosen to include most of the local highlights that suited our interests. Hotels were great and were well-located, in particular the Bonsella Hotel in Hanoi. It was one of the best hotels in which we have stayed- incredible personal service. Another highlight was the day-long Bavi Eco Tour out of Hanoi. That was a terrific and personal experience. You really should check it out. I can't recommend SVIET Travel highly enough if you are travelling to Vietnam. They know the country intimately and are very responsive. When they recommend something, you can be assured that they know what they are talking about.

Vietnam Honeymoon Trip

I had a honeymoon trip to Vietnam last week for 5 nights and 6 days. Trip was arranged by Rosei of S Viet Travel. She had customized my trip and had arranged everything I wanted in my trip. Vietnam Holiday

A very busy and superbly organised holiday organised by Hien Do of S Viet Travel. Every thing progressed like clockwork. Sadly we were unable to experience Halong Bay due to the weather but a back up plan was in place and was most interesting. The personal service provided by Hien was greatly appreciated. We were most impressed by all that we visited, Hanoi, Sapa, Hmong Valley and Saigon and thoroughly enjoyed our Homestays in the Hmong Valley and the Mekong Delta. Reliable friendly service!

Great friendly customer service and is there when you need them! We booked our 14 day Vietnam trip from UK and S Vietnam Travel is our local tour operator. We got a local SIM card, and as soon as our guide passed our information to them they immediately sent us messages from WhatsApp. When we had some issue with the airport pick up they immediately responded when we called and sorted it out right away at 4am! Vietnam Aqualife- Cruising Halong Bay/Mekong Delta

Grat tour but could use an extra day in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh for day tours around those cities. Both the Halong Bay and Mekong Delta cruises could be shortened a day because they became repetitive in sights and activities. I enjoyed Hoi An the most of the cities and could have used an extra day there as well. Dat, the tour coordinator was excellent at managing all the trip logistics and helping with the Visa letter.

They have done everything the booking, travel etc. I have an amazing trip in Sapa to visit the historical ethnic village, the tour guide ms hang is very nice and friendly and also an excellent English speaker, I really enjoy how she explains the historical background of the village and more. Also very relaxing in Nha Trang beach resort all the foods and view are amazing also met some locals there and they are all friendly, they always smile to you and say "hi". And also I love Ho Chi Minh City hotel where I check in! not so expensive and the place is great. Very highly recommended tour agency!

Cambodia to Vietnam by Waterways

We have just returned from our tour of Cambodia and Vietnam. We normally book our tours with local companies to keep costs down by cutting out the middle man. We booked an organsied tour and fully expected to be in a small group travelling by minibus. However, we were met at the airport and all our tours (other than the cruises) were by private transfer and guide. We were treated like royalty and the hotels all exceeded our expectations and were very well located. Dat was our contact point and was always on call to clarify arrangements and sort out any problems; one of the transfers didn't turn up but this was sorted out in ten minutes. Best Time with White Dolphin & Bai Tulong bay

Just we start trip from Hanoi pick up by very nice shuttle bus and comfortable seat. Bai Tu Long Bay is a beautiful place with amazing scenery of landscape. White Dolphin gave us a good tour experience of this amazing place, cave was interesting, food was so delicious and plenty, we did not get any problem with vegetarian food, they make a lot option food for us. Our tour guide is lovely , he was very informative, friendly and helpful. The activities were fantastic. We had a great trip with cruise and would love see again.

Memorable tour in Cambodia and Vietnam!

We are a senior citizen couple from India and we contacted S Viet Travel for a holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. From the time we landed in Cambodia till we left Vietnam, the tour was perfectly organised by S Viet Travel, the stay at the hotels and arrangements to see the Angkor Wat, the cruise at Halong Bay, the visit to the Pearl & Pepper farms in Phu Quoc, the tour in Ho Chi Minh, all the air travel, everything was perfectly organised by S Viet Travel. Amazing experiences

Having been highly recommended , I asked S Viet Travel to assist with planning a trip to Vietnam for my husband and self this June. Food was varied and much enjoyed by both of us as neither of us had had any experience of Vietnamese cuisine before. Portions were more than generous, often too much for us to consume - I do not know how Vietnamese people stay so slim! Your Guides we're very competent at locating interesting restaurants with character for us. Thank you again Ms Hien for all that She did for us, we will certainly refer this company, without reservation, to our friends who have said that they would also like to visit Vietnam.

A Wonderful 16-Days Tour of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Phuket of Thailand

This is a wonderful 16-days tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Phuket of Thailand. Realistic Asia is a very responsible tour company, they have provided all detailed schedules, including daily activities, flight and hotel information, pick up time each morning at hotels. Especially, the representative of the company, Mr. Dat is a very charming and professional person, he has been available all time for us to contact him through WhatsApp if we have any questions. We have had an excellent time during this tour, we may plan to have another tour in Southeast Asia through Realistic Asia next year.

This tour was truly amazing cooking lessons meeting market locals and there community sitting talking with veterans walking the plantations cruising through the islets in Halong Bay beautiful beaches the food is delicious hotels have been great also the guides and hotel staff have great knowledge to help you out. 17 day Vietnam,Siem Reap and Phuket tour

At first, I was wary of booking a trip through a travel co.in Vietnam, since we are so far in Canada. But after reading other Tripadvisors' views, I gave it a shot. I am very happy to recommend S Viet Travel to all interested parties out here, do not worry go with them. I exchanged a lot of emails with Ms Hien Do of SViet travels. She promptly replied to all my queries. The whole trip was well organised and we felt nicely relaxed with good hotels and flights. Our guides were excellent. Our pickup at Hanoi airport was late. Halong bay cruise ship accommodation was below par. These are only 2 negatives I can think about, everything else was fabulous. We would definitely go with Hien and her team if such an opportunity arises again.

Majestic and Fantastic Vietnam

Me and my wife booked a Honeymoon trip to Vietnam for 8 days from S Viet travel. Being a travel agent myself, I wanted everything to go smoothly and was eager to point out any mistakes they might make. I must say, they did get everything right. Our tour route: Hanoi 2n-Halong Bay 1n-Nha Trang 3n-Ho Chi Minh City 1n We stayed in Apricot Hotel in Hanoi, private Indochina Junk on Halong Bay, MerPerle Hon Tam Resort on Nha Trang, and New World Saigon Hotel in HCMC. Transportation along with drivers and guides: 5/5 Hotels provided: 5/5 Tours: 5/5 Food: 5/5 We absolutely loved everything about our honeymoon trip and the professional services of S Viet travel and special mention for Ms Jeanne and Ms Samantha and every one of our tour guides. We will definitely be coming back to Vietnam to explore it further and hope to utilize the services of S Viet travel again !

Awesome 14 day trip, big thanks to Hannah Vu

Me and my wife booked 14 day vietnam tour via S Viet in November. At first we were skeptical as S Viet operates only from vietnam and we are from India. But Hannah Vu who helped us plan our intenary was always available on watsapp and helped with all the small details which made our trip perfect. We covered mulyiple places from North Vietnam.. Hanoi-Sapa-Halong Bay- Ninh Binh, central Vietnam Hoi An-Nha Trang and finally South Ho Chi Minh city. I must say we never felt the trip was rushed and we covered everything we wanted, met amazing people and tried alot of local cuisine. S viet booked most of our meals too so we didnt have to hunt for food if we arrived late in a new city. Big thanks to S Viet and Hannah for making this a memorable trip for me and my wife. Wonderful experience on White Dolphin Cruise

We had a wonderful stay on White Dolphin Cruise. The cruise manager, Nam, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable throughout the stay. Inspite of the multiple dietery restrictions we had in our group of four, Nam made sure we had special meals cooked for each of us and none of us had any issues at all. Thanks!

I just returned from over 4weeks in Asia & had Hien do 16days in Vietnam for a family of 3. We visited- Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Hoi AN, Saigon, and Mekong Delta. Hein was wonderful, comprehensive and kept in contact throughout our 16 day trip. Even with a Typhoon that cancelled our 2day Ha Long bay trip, she was able to at the last minute flip our Sapa time with the Ha Long bay cruise, so we didnt miss a thing and rearranged all hotels, and transport- literally at the last minute. If that wasn't enough, the highlight of our 16days was She and Her husband joined us outside of Hanoi- for the Ba Vi Eco tour. This tour is a project they have put together, in part to give back to their rural roots and show first hand how rural villages functions. Hein related even friend that live in Hanoi are surprised by this tour. The day is wonderful; visiting a local tea farm, a veteran & his wife- having you see how they harvest and processes the tea. Lunch with Hein's Aunt was beautiful and delicious, loved helping in the kitchen. Having Hein's Aunt take us around the village and see a friend making tofu from scratch(since 230am) everyday- 20 logs a day that are sold retail and wholesale! As well as a woman processing rice by a primitive shredder. Ending with a bike ride thru rice fields during harvest and then a short ride on the fishing ferry- the local interaction was priceless!! Hein did a great job arranging all transportation, setting up guides at each of our destinations, all pick up and drop offs are covered at rail, airports and taxis, which i really appreciated. Another highlight was the Hoi An home visit with local fishermen - Hoi An Eco tour- loved he picked us up by bike and we road thru the area and joined his family home on the river, the round boats and lunch were awsome!! Guides were all good to great and each spoke English very well. Accommodations were very good and appreciated the skilled drives at each location, if you've ever been to Vietnam you know how important that is!

After contemplating for some time since I had options from other travel agents, I decided to go with S Viet Travel. Rosie from S - Viet was patient with my needs since I was a bit cautious & uptight about the entire vacation. She offered a great deal & also adjusted to my requirements. All the transfers (Airport - hotel - airport - site seeing) were great. The tour companies had English speaking guides and the entire package not only gave me a deeper insight of the country but also made me fall in love with it. Needless to mention all my stay was carefully chosen and I enjoyed every bit of it. Special thanks to Tu Linh Legend Hotel in Hanoi. They were super courteous and also packed some fruits for me when I checked out :) That was a sweet gesture. One of the kind gestures was done by this driver from Da Nang to Hoi Ann. I was thirsty and wanted to buy a bottle of water. This gentleman couldn't understand and at the end of the trip, he got a bottle out of a pack & said " here is some water, no money). I can't seem to remember his name but please convey my thanks to this kind man. I personally loved the lunch at Hoi Ann at Cham island. The guide(Ha) at Saigon for Chu Chi tunnels was very energetic & passionate. The learning was great. The Mekong River experience was a memorable one and of course the experience of Halong Bay was breathtaking. I am sure I will come back to this beautiful country again. Perfect itinerary, very professional

Started in Hanoi and made way South to HCMC. Hein and Minah created a perfect itinerary with little input from me. Halong Bay was beautiful and White Dolphin Cruise perfect experience. They seem to even support the local fishing village based on our meals, plus we ate the squid they taught us to fish for. The rest of the trip was excellent! Even though I was traveling alone, many of the tours were with other tourists, which was fun to meet others. Some of the tour guides or companies called to confirm pick up times. I counted 12 airport transfers and every driver was there when plane arrived or at hotel to pickup. Flawless and no stress of wondering. Their hotel choices were wonderful, most I would consider higher than my 3 star budget. Be very confident booking with this company!

Amazingly well Managed and Co-ordinated!!

It was an 8 days tour of Vietnam starting from Hanoi and ending our trip at Ho Chi minh City. From the day we decided to start planning our trip, S Viet Travel have been of great help. They helped in customising our trip according to our needs. From airport pickup drop services to all the hotels and The Cruise were up to the mark. Sam, Jeanne and Hien were constantly of a great support and were available always for all our travel needs throughout the whole trip. I am writing this review just as i am sitting at the Hanoi Airport currently and cant wait to tell people what an amazing experience it has been for me and my friends to visit Hanoi which was completely handled by S Viet Travels. Right from the booking stage, i got the best price by them and An Nguyen handled it perfectly. She is a awesome person and was there right from the start to the end and even helped when she was not part of S Viet Travels which shows the dedication of the people of S Viet. The Hotels were perfect in both Cambodia and Vietnam and the Cruise for Ha long Bay was the best in line. The tour guides were informed and even though that credit goes to the specific people operating the specific leg of tour, it takes knowledgeable people to recommend the best services around town. Terrific private tour with private guide, driver and car

My husband and I arranged for a private 15 day travel tour in Viet Nam with Henry from Realistic Asia, traveling from Hanoi, through Hue, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. In every city, we got service with a smile. Our drivers were experienced, cars clean and pleasant to ride in; our guides knowledgeable and eager to attend to any requests. At one point, we wanted to change the itinerary. Henry responded quickly to satisfy our request. I highly recommend arranging Viet Nam travel with this agency. You get what is promised at booking time plus.

Horrible planning and no understanding of planning tours. They book cheap bus services and complete mess up border transfers. I had one of the worst experiences in border transfer from vietnam to Cambodia. Very very bad experience. They are horrible with no local understanding. No recommendations. No idea of traveller convenience. I made a mistake. No one else should make this mistake of booking thru realistic Aisa.

Awesome Vietnam Trip!

Hi all, Having been highly recommended to S Viet Travel for assistance with planning our family trip to Vietnam, grade A for sure! We are a couple with 2 kids (24 months and 9-years-old) and enjoy the most comfortable stay. My family had a fantastic trip in Vietnam. Memorable trip did 17 days from san Reip to Hanoi saw the horrors of the war temples village life and a cruise on Halong bay which was the highlight met with Hein personally went on a tour of her village a lot of meals included which were amazing I did struggle with the heat and traffic but that goes with it the attention Hein gave us was amazing and highly recommend it

Exceptional hospitality

We, a group of 5 friends from India visited Vietnam from 5th January to 12th January. We visited Ha Long Bay, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam and Cambodia 16 days

Just did the Authentic Cambodia/Vietnam 16 day trip and loved it. There is so much history in those 2 places and it was wonderful to see. Dat was our agent and he was very good at responding to our questions. The only negative was 1 of the guides whose English was very bad which made her very hard to understand. All in all the trip was a great success.

Memorable Vietnam-Cambodia trip with S Viet

I and my husband have returned from an amazing tour of Vietnam and Cambodia organized by Minah from S Viet. We spent the first five days in Vietnam and last two days in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I would like to personally thank Minah for assisting us at each and every phase of the trip. She was so friendly and was patient enough to clear all the queries throughout, however silly the question sounded. We have visited Ninh Binh Province and the boating through the limestone karsts was simply amazing. The following two days were spent on cruise at Ha Long Bay which gave us a relaxing and soothening experience we never had before. The tour guides for these three days, especially Harry from Apricot Cruise for Halong Bay tour, were friendly and accommodating. At Cambodia, we were received by Narong, who was so hospitable, who made sure he accompanied us to the hotel even though there was a driver and was with us for everything we need, from the day we stepped in Cambodia till the day we travelled back. All the places in Angkor National Park are must see places, at least once in your lifetime. The tour was properly organized, we were received in time at airports and picked up from hotels punctually for all the tours. There was also ample time to explore places on our own. The lady at the reception of Mon Regency Hotel on the day we checked out for Halong Bay was rude. Except for such few hiccups we faced with the hotels ( which we have forgotten already with all the beautiful memories we have had) we are happy and satisfied with the trip. We would recommend S Viet to anybody who wants to explore Vietnam and Cambodia.

Either you know exactly what you wanna visit and you just have to tell Mrs Hien (owner and amazing agent of S Viet Travel) and she can organize everything for you (hotels, transport, visits, guides, some restaurants to discover the excellent Vietnamese food...), either you just have a vague idea of what you wanna visit (ex: you just know that you want to visit the south of Vietnam) and Hien will advise you and organize the perfect trip according to the time you have, your budget, your special requests... When you arrive in Vietnam, the only thing you have to do is to enjoy your holidays!! I contacted S Viet Travel two time and I won't hesitate to contact them again. The first time I visited the north of Vietnam with my parents, we went to Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Mu Cang Chai (a place where we were the only tourists and with amazing rice fields!!!), it was just amazing. First Visit To Vietnam

My wife and I made our first visit from the UK to Vietnam in June this year. I was introduced to South Vietnam Travel via the internet and found Hein Do to be very attentive from the start. A ten day itinerary was tailored to meet our interests and our visa arrangements were arranged to negate any entry hassles on arrival. This was supported by a very knowledgeable English speaking guide and a considerate driver for each leg of our journey. We were able to visit: Hanoi, HaLong Bay, Hoi An, The Demilitarised Zone and the fascinating Vinh Moc tunnels and Hue. Unforgettable Vietnam Trip

Our trip to Vietnam which included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Phu Quo and Saigon was planned in detail by An. Along with recommending the must sees and cannot miss, she was a huge help when it came to shopping and even helping us with the best place to try authentic Pho and Bun Cha.. The company went out of their way to ensure our forgotten glares were found and returned in record time to even having the taxi driver wait outside the airport when they realised we had left out phone in the car. Great 2 week tour of Cambodia & Vietnam

Our tour started in Cambodia, Siem Reap, then Phnom Penh, up the Mekong to Vietnam - Chau Doc, Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City. Then we caught an internal flight to Da Nang where we stayed at Hoi An, then we flew from Da Nang to Hanoi. We stayed 2 nights there before enjoying an overnight stay on Ha Long Bay. It was a very well constructed tour with the right amount of time spent in each city. We were a small group of 7, and were lucky to have 5 friendly strangers to enjoy the journey with. This also meant we could spread out in the small buses, which were very comfortable with air-con & skilled drivers. The guides were variable, some having good English, whilst others were sometimes difficult to understand. However, we found the mix of guides interesting to get their own views (sometimes political) and see the different perspectives (eg. on relationships between Cambodia & Vietnam; or relationship with USA, etc). It was also very smart to Fly between Saigon & Da Nang; then Da Nang to Hanoi. We spoke to other tourists who caught trains or buses between these cities. They spent 19-22 hours, whereas the flight times were only about 1-1.5 hours. Much better!! Hien from S Viet Travel is also amazing!! Her communication was always very quick & nothing was a problem. She was fantastic to help organize food that suited my wife's allergies & vegetarian food on the flights. Thanks Hien!! We also loved how Hien is trying to help tourists understand real Vietnam village life. She has built an Eco Tour to her home village & we loved meeting her relatives. All the village people were so friendly & hospitable. A great tour all round!! Great value too!!

"Picturesque Vietnam bottom to the top."

With the assistance from Hien Do from Sviettravels, my family enjoyed the tour beginning from Chou Doc (south Vietnam). Our guide Zang was very humble and took us to a lot of places. Especially enjoyed the cycling around and the lunch at the home stay. At Saigon our tour guide young Tu Ang (Rose), was knowledgeable about what she showed us and very friendly, surely she needs a promotion. Hoi An is a fascinating place with our cheeky guide Sao taking us to the local food tasting was just enlightening. The kids just loved the scooter and buffalo ride. The marble mountain is so authentic and Sao is very articulate in the English language. Hanoi was a step down when we saw the tiny rooms however the cruise to Halong bay was spectacular.The food on the cruise was awesome. The weather was brilliant. A bit disappointed that in the city tour we did not see the water puppets. All internal flights were included in our package and the family rooms were brilliant. Mrs Hien Do was very accommodating and kind which made our tour in Vietnam very memorable. I would definitely recommend her services. I had booked a 10 day tour to Cambodia and Vietnam through S Viet Travel, through Travel Triangle .Hannah who coordinated my itinerary was in touch with me right since the time I booked through them. Everything was properly communicated wrt Travel itinerary, tickets, Stay, Visa requirements etc. From the time we landed in Siem reap airport , pick up from airport and a guide was always available on time. Awesome trip of Vietnam

We planned our December visit to Vietnam sometime in September. Ms Hein Do from SViet coordinated with us over WhatsApp and we planned our trip to Vietnam covering Hanoi, Halong Bay,Hoi An and HCMC.I was not sure if with my little daughter ,how we will do and opted for 9day tour.Trust me,including my daughter, we felt we should have extended by at least by 5 days. We are a Dutch family of 4, two kids aged 6 en 10. Spectacular Vietnam

Realistic, Profound, Exciting...a once in a lifetime experience.

My wife and I traveled from the U.S. for our honeymoon and did an 11 day tour of Vietnam through Realistic Asia (S Viet Travel). It was set up perfectly. We went in late October which was ideal weather. The entire trip was between 70(F) and 85(F). We started our ventures in the Hanoi and instantly felt the cultural shock of the fast paced city life with no traffic rules, it was fun! We loved it for it's great/cheap food, safety, night-life, and energy filled atmosphere. During the Hanoi trip we took multiple side tours. The first to Ba Vi, a rural village to discover how green tea is picked and made. It was such a great experience. However, Halong Bay was next and by far the best. To experience that beauty, and meeting a handful of other travelers on the intimate small boats for the 2 days/1 night trek was amazing. Caves, water villages, kayaking, photos, the food, and the relaxation were just ideal. We then ventured to Ho Chi Minh. There are more options of westernized foods in HCM also. The tours to the Chu Chi tunnels were fantastic.We finished the trip in Pho Quoc which was beautiful and relaxing. Overall we had nice hotels, good food, great tour guides/tours, fantastic weather, and perfect communication from airlines, pick up times, drop off times, tour times, food, etc. Having Realistic Asia plan this for us was SUCH a relief. They did a fantastic job and it was worth every penny. We have stories and photos to last a lifetime.

2 Weeks in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Hoi An, & HCMC) Hannah Vu did a terrific job organizing our hotels, shuttles, and tours. She provided constant communication during our entire time via What's App and even took time to come introduce herself to us at our hotel in Hanoi. We upgraded to 4 star hotels for about $200 CAD extra and it was well worth it. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast Buffets were included at all the hotels and were tasty, fresh, and offered a large variety of both Western and Asian dishes. Extra thumbs up to the breakfast buffet at Tirant Hotel in Hanoi, top notch both in taste and service. Shuttle Van Drivers and Tour Guides were always on time, informative, and well prepared. Especially enjoyed the short lesson during the rides on learning some basic Vietnamese words from both Hoang and Minh in HCMC (both Guides were froim TNK Travel and they were both very good) The cooking classes we took in Hanoi and Hoi An were fun and is a can't miss! If you're visiting this beautiful and welcoming country for the very first time, I highly recommend that you consider booking with Realistic Asia. Hien Do (Owner) and Hannah Vu will provide you with a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Good advise and well organised trip

I asked S Viet Travel to arrange our stay in Hanoi and prepare a trip for family with young children. They proposed us a trip to Mai Chau, 2 hours from Hanoi. All was well organized for hotel and transportation. When needed they were always reachable.

Wonderful Vietnam

We booked 8days tour of Cambodia and Vietnam through Realistic Asia. The tour was designed very well by them. We enjoyed the tour. I feel that Vietnam is very underrated tourist destination. It has so much scenic beauty that it can be compared to best tourist destinations in the world. Halong way in Vietnam is superb. I'll strongly recommend to all to visit Vietnam atleast once. Ms Rosie of Realistic Asia was very cooperative and whenever we required any assistance she responded immediately.

Fantastic Trip with S Viet Travel

Dear All, I would like to share my great experience with S Viet Travel so badly! I went to HCM and Muine with my mom, future husband and future mother in law. It was the first trip with family in law, I was so nervous and didn't want to make anything messed up. So I checked the local agency then, I got contacted to the one of staffs, Ms. Hien. She did almost everything- accommodation reservation, shuttle arrangement to Muine and back to HCM , Jeep Tour of Muine, and so on! 1. The EMM hotel in HCM she recommended us was just awsome! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms at the resonable price. Also, the service was satisfied. 2. The Cliff Resort and Spa in Muine was just speechless. So clean, warmly welcome us. If I have one more chance to go to Muine, I will definitely stay there again! 3. Jeep tour- My dream came true! I could start with rising sun. You should try! I don't know about others tour operators but this tour operator surely won my heart. great support, great service and of course suits your budget. i would suggest you must visit places- hanoi,halong,da nang,hoi an,sapa and ho chi minh. this tour operator was no where compromising on services, prompt telephonic support and whatsapp support and all the hotels n vehicles were good and cruise was awesome i chose 4 star cruise. i would highly recommend this operator

Wonders of Vietnam and Cambodia with Bangkok Extension

I traveled as a single, 72 year old woman. This agency was reasonable, very responsive to my questions and concerns, and all of the reservations went as clockwork. They were available via WhatsApp during the trip if I needed them so I never felt alone. The flights, hotels, activities and tours were all very good. This was not a high-end tour but it was exactly what I wanted. I prefer to stay in more local hotels, as opposed to American chains, and use foreign airlines. I would travel with Realistic Asia again.

S Vietnam Travel did a fabulous job

We booked all our shore excursions with S Viet Travel on a Princess Cruise sailing from Singapore to Kota Kinabalu, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok and Ko Samui. The cost was less than booking directly with the cruise line but more importantly, the arrangements and service were far superior. At each port we we met by a private driver and tour guide. This is important because a driver can't do both jobs - he needs to concentrate on the crazy traffic. The vehicles were new (er) sparkling SUV's equipped with a/c and ice cold bottled water and chilled towels. Not having to wait for a bus load of people to get on and off, jostling for 'their' seat is a real plus. The staff were in daily touch with us to make sure everything was going as planned. And, when a port visit was cancelled due to poor weather we knew about the night before the Captains announcement. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

Amazing top to bottom of Vietnam tour

I could not recommend s-Viet travel enough. Hien from the start was very prompt and did everything to meet our needs while organising an amazing trip . The location of our accomodations were central and the quality of the 4 star hotels excited our expectations. Hiep from Sapa our private tour guide was fantastic . His English great . His personality was happy cheeky and fun loving which only added to our experience. Hien was contactable all through our trip and a couple of times we contacted her to chat one on one , nothing was to much for her. We were a group of four on a private tour from Sapa Hanoi , Ha long bay ,Hoi an then finishing of in Ho Chi Minh. With private drivers and guides. The all inclusive aspect of the tour was great value for money . With all our entries included. Many meals , internal flights train trips and bay cruise. Once again thanks Hien for an amazing 15 day tour of Vietnam.

8N/9D - Cambodia and Vietnam trip

We have been on a 8N/9D trip to Cambodia and Veitnam. We reached out to S Viet Travel through Travel Triangle. Two families - of a total of 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) - visited Siem Reap, Hanoi, Ha Long bay and Ho Chi Minh. It was a very well organized and hassle free trip. We spent 2 days in Siem Reap - ofcourse, visited Angkor Wat. The local guide, Mr. Vuthy was very helpful and cheerful through the entire 2 days. He made sure that our stay was quite comfortable and was very accommodative with the itinerary. Our next destination was Hanoi and we were there again for 2 nights. It was a quick city tour and some self exploration. The hotel was right in the middle of happening place, so it was absolutely easy to go around. Then, the most memorable day/night of our trip was the time spent on Era cruise. While the experience itself was brilliant, the cruise was opulent and Mr Lucky made the stay even more better. This is a must include for any one visiting Vietnam! It was quite an experience!! We were there in Ho Chi Minh for the next 3 nights. Visit to Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong delta were well take care. Apart from that, we also visited the Bitexco financial tower and our kids were really thrilled to see the city from the Skydeck. The guide to Mekong delta - Mr Sonny, was very friendly and hospitable. As I mentioned earlier, the tour was well organized. If at all, anything could be done, I think it would be better if the flight itinerary on travel days could be around noon or around that. Evening flights take up the whole day and by the time we check-in at the next hotel, it will be pretty late into the night. Especially, when you are travelling with kids and having a next day morning pick-up for sightseeing, I would recommend that you check-in the latest by evening and not late into the night. The hotels provided were good and more importantly, we didn't face any issues in any of the hotels. My special word of appreciation goes to Ms Rosie Pham. She did a fantastic and thorough job. Me, being from a service industry too, can't tell more on how well she handled everything. I was skeptical if she would provide the same level of service after the money was paid for the trip :) But, she was right there every time - day/night, pre-travel, during the travel - for any clarifications and extra precautions that we wanted her to take care. We are vegetarians and before the travel, were quite apprehensive about finding decent food. But, our requests were well handled and Rosie made sure that we were all well fed through all the tours. The interactions have been always very cordial and warm. If any of you are visiting this part of the world, don't look beyond S Viet Travel for your needs!

AWESOME 2 DAYS CRUISE

We booked this trip with Sviet Travel is a great travel agency in Vietnam The trip was good. From the pick up service in Hanoi at hotel and went to Halong Bay to take a boat. The trip was amazing, the boat was clean and well decorated and all the staff were lovely and really helpful. We went to places not on the main tourist path so it was much quieter and more peaceful. A great cruise that I would highly recommend White Dolphin Cruise.

It was PERFECT

Hi, In December 2014, my fiancee and i decided to fly to Vietnam for our first trip outside Europe. We were particularly keen on discovering northern vietnam but we didn't know anything about Vietnam and how to enter the country and organize our trip. Thanks to friends living in Asia, we selected 'S-viet travel' to advise us about the best things to do and see. They perfectly took care of everything. what we particularly enjoyed was the responsiveness and the availability of the travel agent. From the various options offered to us by the agent, we decided to go for a package including Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa Valley. We especially enjoyed that it was all tailored to our tastes and expectations, with the special service that we didn't think about before we left: the coordination of all journeys, and believe me, transportation can be a real hassle in vietnam. But here, all went smoothly and we never waited for anything. In few words, it was PERFECT (and this is why I took some time to write this note)

Visited Hanoi, Hoi An, Saigon, Siem Reap & Phuket.

Love this part of the world. The friendly people, good food, warm climate, low prices and exotic attractions. Been there six times now and will return again. Realistic Asia did a good job of all my arrangements. The only disappointment was that I thought I was going on a group tour which would have allowed interaction and comradery with others but it turned out to be just the two of us. Nevertheless that created no problem since all transfers were on time and all tours were provided as expected. All hotel were well located and the flight arrangements couldn't have been better. Yes I'd recommend this tour company but if you are a less experienced traveler you may want to be sure that you have a group led by an english speaking guide and not be on your own.

Intense trip in Northern Vietnam

Constraints for that trip were quite heavy: how to gather a maximum of sensations and experiences of N Vietnam in 5 days only. My wife and I booked through S Viet Travel for our Vietnam holiday for 16 days and organised with the team to add an additional 4 days onto our tour. 15 Days in Vietnam

S Viet Travel did a wonderful job planning and executing our 15 day trip to Vietnam. A special thanks to our travel consultant Minah who was in daily contact with us providing information and pick-up times in each City. All of our connections and activities went off perfectly. The scheduled 11 day tour package consisted of mostly private excursions through local tour operators. We could not have been happier with the services in each City. The itinerary was perfectly planned, giving us a chance to experience daily life of the Vietnamese people as well as visit the local sites. We were able to try our hand at fishing, riding a buffalo, picking rice, and so much more. We added a three day private trekking tour from Sapa to the scheduled itinerary. S Viet Travel arranged everything including transportation, a great guide, and a homestay in Ban Ho Village. The experience was one we will never forget! Our hotels were wonderful throughout the entire trip. We upgraded to 4 star hotels and they were the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms were large and immaculately clean. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. They took care of your every need. All in all, I would highly recommend S Viet Travel if you are planning a trip to Vietnam. Beautiful Trip to Trang An and bai dinh

I booked a wonderful day trip to Trang An and bai dinh with S Viet Travel. It was a wonderful boat trip along rivers and caves and truly one of the most memorable travel experiences of my life.

It should be noted that activities scheduled by S Viet Travel are through independent tour operators and are not always on time.The driver often has many people to pick up and it only takes one late person to throw the whole schedule off. Excellent customer service

I just finished a 30 day trip through Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. It was a perfect vacation due to our travel agent at Realistic Asia, Irina Hatcher. Everything was perfectly orchestrated. Every ride, every guide showed up on time, prepared for our excursions. All of our hotels were great, provided the room type we requested , extra pillows if we requested, and helpful with the air conditioning when we couldn’t figure it out. Irina prepared a wonderful itinerary with many sights and a range of activities- cycling, kayaking, fishing, cruising, museums, palaces, temples. Irina checked in with us almost every day and responded immediately to any questions. Our last night our flight was scheduled to leave at:1 am and she arranged us to have our hotel room until our pick up for the airport. I would certainly use Irina and Realistic Asia for another trip and recommend to friends.

I had my tour in Vietnam customized by An Nguyen, she planned everything according to my convenience. All the hotels were amazing and located on the main Street of the city, so I had time to explore the city at night. My itenarary was well managed not too busy and tiring. Well organized trip with all details taken care of

We had booked a 7N/8D Vietnam trip this May through S Viet Travel. Their approach was very gentle from the beginning and they tried to adhere to our requests. We were served by their travel expert David, who was very polite & stayed in touch with us during our stay in Vietnam to make us comfortable. Only thing I would suggest them to ask customers their preferences like hotel locations, visit to areas of interests, etc beforehand to provide them a much better experience. Offering common things to all customer doesn't help always. However, I still recommend them for planning a trip to Vietnam.

Memorable experience

My wife and I have just arrived home from a wonderful 14 day tour through Cambodia and Vietnam. We couldn't speak more highly of Hien and her team from S Viet Travel. I just came back from a trip to Vietnam with Realistic Asia, and it was fantastic. My contact during the entire trip was Thang. He made sure to provide me with essential informations weeks ahead prior to departure. While in Vietnam he was available, trustworthy, nice, and efficient during the entire trip. Vietnam is a gorgeous destination, but having a professional such as Thang to cater to your needs and concerns truly made the difference. Great experience with Realistic Asia and our travel agent, Dat!

Hi everyone, My family and I booked a two week trip with Realistic Asia and our very attentive tour agent was Dat. From the beginning of planning our trip, we were in constant communication with Dat. He provided us with a lot of information to help plan our trip. We had very specific requests for our trip and Dat helped us book our custom planned trip. With 14 days, we were able to enjoy Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore. Any request we had, Dat worked very hard to accommodate our requests. I have him a sample itinerary and he was able to not only match that itinerary, but enhance it by making his own recommendations which made our trip even better! Our flights were booked accordingly to maximize our time in each city we visited. Our international flight was booked with Korean Air and we enjoyed their service. Our airport pick up and drop off went off without a hitch. All of our tour guides were exceptional, including our time spent on Glory Cruise on Halong Bay. The pre-booked meals were delicious, and we were more than happy with our upgraded hotels. We had a minor issue with one of our tours in Phuket and when I notified Dat of this issue, not only did he respond right away, he rectified the situation and made our trip even better! I would highly recommend Realistic Asia to everyone! Dat and his team offer exceptional service at a great price. They go far and beyond to ensure that their clients receive exceptional service. When I revisit SE Asia, I will definitely book through Realistic Asia and Dat!

Group and Individual Tours

I would highly recommend SViet Travel. I organised everything from Australia online before travelling. The very prompt service I received, together with full explanations through email was excellent. I attended two day tours with a group - the Mekong Delta Day tour and the Cu Chi Tunnels day tour. Both of these went very smoothly. I am a 'mature' woman travelling by myself and the tour guides took extra care for my safety and enjoyment. I also booked an individual tour as I wanted to visit La Vang Catholic site. This was arranged with no difficulty at all. S Viet Travel was able to organise this tour, together with a DMZ tour. This meant the driver, guide and I had to stay in a distance location - Lao Bao. The guide and driver were wonderful, again ensuring my safety and comfort at all times.

Excellent Program and Travel Agent

Booked a 13 night vacation with SViet and must say it was one of the best travel experiences which my wife and I have had. Worked directly with Irina from beginning of our planning and stayed in contact with her throughout our trip. The itinerary was excellent and much different from all the other past tours to other countries. We had a mix of group tours as well as private tours. We first arrived in Cambodia for 3 nights and toured Siem Reap and then Phnom Penh. The sights were spectacular and the guides knowledgeable. We then headed off to Vietnam for 10 nights in 6 cities...arrived in Ho Chi Minh for 3 nights, Hue for 2 nights, 1 night in Hoi An, overnight cruise to HaLong Bay, and 3 nights in Hanoi. Our tours included a wide mixture of activities...besides visiting temples and shrines, we also biked along the countryside, visited a host family and had a cooking class. Fished with a local fisherman and sailed along the Mekong Delta. Visiting famous temples such as Angkor Wat and Ta Promh was just amazing and a once in a lifetime experience. Overall, I can’t say enough about the professionalism about our travel consultant Irina and her entire staff. Irina remained in constant contact and confirmed each of our pick-up times in each city. She never missed a beat..our trip from the plane reservations to pick-up tours to departures went flawlessly. I would highly recommend using SViet the next time you plan on a vacation to either Cambodia or/and Vietnam.

Amazing Vietnam vacation with our kids!

Our expectations were blown away on our family vacation to Vietnam. From the beginning to the end, we were taken care of. Communication with Minah and Hien were always professional and efficient. They answered every question I had in a timely manner putting my mind at ease before our trip. The drivers were always there to greet us at the airports. The tour guides were all friendly and accommodating. Our hotels were beyond beautiful and in great locations in every city we visited. We were a family of five traveling together...myself, my husband and our three kids ages 10, 12 and 14. We needed two hotel rooms at each of our locations, and everything went without a hitch. Our rooms were always side by side and our kids each had a bed in their room and the check in process at every hotel went perfectly. Our tours and excursions were top notch as well. It was so nice to not be a part of a BIG travel group. It was our family off on an adventure together. We can't wait to come back again to explore more of Vietnam and add a few other countries to the mix. We will definitely use S Viet Travel to book our next vacation to Southeast Asia!

7N/8D Siem Reap Cambodia (2 nights), Hanoi Vietnam (5 nights)

I was planning to visit Cambodia & Vietnam with family but there was hardly any agencies in North India who came forward to offer me package. Finally I could able to communicate with S. Viet Travel of Hanoi, Vietnam. They prepared itinerary as per our budget & choice I booked International Flights and Hotels in Siem Reap , Cambodia and Hanoi Vietnam of my own. At the last week of March due to heavy tourist rush, S. Viet could not provide hotels as per our choice. They helped me prepare custom made tour itinerary. Our 7 night/ 8 day tour begins from Siem Reap, Cambodia, where we visited Angokor Wat, Angkor Thom, which are of ancient Hindu temples and unique archaeological interest.. Fascinated to visit by speed boat Tonle Sap Lake(Great Lake of Cambodia) where floating village was one of the main attractions. Our next destination was Hanoi, northern part of Vietnam, Where S Viet Travel arranged for flight from Siem Reap to Hanoi, We explored Hanoi City by conducted tour of S Viet and visited magnificent Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh’s house, Hoan Kiem Lake . Next day we enjoyed trip to Hoa Lu the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples, Next Tam Coc boat trip to see the beauty of the karst formations as one pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Most memorable trip by cruise was Ha Long Bay , natural wonder of the world. Enjoyed beautiful seascape on the way,Huge Surprising Cave. Exciting Kayaking. The services of Seasun cruise was not upto the mark, One may opt for better cruise after going through travelers reviews. I highly appreciate the untiring efforts of Ms Rosie of S.Viet Travel, who arranged and rearranged my tour itinerary and even at late nigh she listen to my problems and solved it. Excellent tour arrangement by S. Viet Travel prrovided all promised facilities .

GREAT CRUISE WITH GREAT SERVICE

We so lucky with beautiful weather after few day bad weather in Hanoi a lot rain and we went on a 2 days/1 night trip on the White Dolphin Cruise, from pick-up at hotel on time and cold shuttle bus, welcome by nice tour guide Mr Micheal who looking after us whole trip and make a lot fun, first is great lunch and explore a Cave, then kayak around islands, cooking class also was awesome and night fishing squid. The cruise was fantastic and it met our expectations. The reception was fun. The staff is very kind and friendly and the boat is clean and fancy. Our guide did a great job informing us about the program and showing us around on the island and give a lot information about trip, always make sure we happy or not. The host, Toan, was very kind and helpful,take care all our meals and drinking. Mark and the rest of the staff were nice and happy. We enjoyed all the meals on the cruise. The room look comfortable even not to large, but was clean. What is great about this cruise is that they took us to Bai Tu Long Bay which is less crowded and equally beautiful to Ha Long Bay. Beautiful Siem Reap

Checked in at the airport, already missing Siem Reap, Cambodia. I would call this place a heavan on earth. With rich culture and history and with numerous temple ruins dating 1500 back years, this place is a blessing in disguise for history and archeology lovers. There are plenty of food options available ranging from eating strictly vegetarian to eating bugs and variety of multicusine restaurant, for Indians you have 15 indian restaurants (Royal Indian serves good south indian meals). For short distance trips you have Tuk Tuk (a rickshaw pulled by bike) ride ($1 or $2) its enjoyable and cheap. Spend your nights and late nights relaxed at Pub street every night with variety of cocktail ($1.5), mocktails ($1) and beers(0.50) with multicusine and music also to mention decent massage options at very good rates ranging from $4 to $ 20 Shop cheap at the old market and Night market, you get good quality souvenirs and quality tees and watches at very good rates, don't forget to bargain, you can get 3 tees for as low as $5. Coming to people of Siem Reap, they are very friendly and courteous, always smile and greet them back, smile doesn't cost you money, the city is very clean and sites are well maintained. The climate is little hot (no problem for chennai guys) and temple visits can make your sweat a lot because you have to do a lot of walking and climbing, carry your water bottles at all times and if you're travelling in a cab with tour guide they take care your water bottles and wet towels at all times, so no worries. It's visa on arrival for Indians so don't worry just get a tourist visa @ $30 on arrival, the immigration staff are very friendly and manage to crowd very well, will be surprised i got my visa in less than 20 mins with 100 plus people standing before me in queue. This country needs education, so if your travelling here get some basic books for kids, the books can be donated at the buddhist monestray at Lolei temple or at various charity centres. I did my travel in off season (mid August) which is the rainy season here, but thank god, rain god showed me love by not pouring in much, so I would do my tour without any trouble. Don't worry it doesn't rain continuously its short span for half an hour, but the sites can turn sluggish and slippery. Hotels become expensive after September as season begins and city can get crowded, so take care of your budget and plan. This place has beautiful forest with no wild life and only reptails all the temples are inside the forest which makes the place even more beautiful. 15 days Best of Vietnam

Sviet Travel/Realistic Asia did a wonderful trip plan on our 15 days travel. It was a fantastic experience and we will not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers for this trip. North to South in 7 days!!!

Myself and my best friend booked this tour for a weeks holiday after spending a month in Cambodia volunteering. We wanted a fun filled, easy going week which we could see as much as possible but not have to organise much at all and thats exactly what we got. I would highly recommend Tourrader to anyone. We were dealing with Dat before we left and during our trip by email. He was so obliging and helpful I couldn't fault him. He continuously kept us up dated and was replied within hours if we had a question. The trip was planned to a "T" but also was kept what we wanted in consideration. The tour was never too big which was lovely and got to meet some lovely people from all over the world. Food and accommodation was beautiful. We were able to experience some traditional and very yummy food. The over night cruise on Ha Long bay was breathtakingly beautiful. A little slice of heaven which we were able to explore. A night was just enough as from speaking to some other people who were on the cruise and had two nights there said it was just a repeat of the first night. Each tour guide was fantastic, very friendly and enthusiastic. They gave us just the right amount of information not to overload us but was more then willing and able to answer and questions we may have. I could praise this tour a lot more but should stop and allow you experience it for yourself. Pleasant Short Trip to Nha Trang with S Viet Travel

I booked on very short notice, about 3 days prior to the trip, but the S Viet Travel Staff was very helpful and could even dispatch someone to come to my office in Hanoi and make the booking and payment. Also the trip did not turn out to be expensive, which we expected as we booked the flights like 3 days in advance. There was a big choice of short and long term trips available and I received splendid counsel and advise on the various destinations possible. The trip itself turned out very pleasant and enjoyable. The tour guide in Nha Trand spoke fluent English and, since we were the only tour participants, flexible and often changed the tour schedule in accordance with our special needs. Given the above I will book my next trip in Hanoi with S Viet Travel for sure and can highly recommend anyone else to do so too.

10-day Vietnam Tour

Last month my family and I (four of us) took S Viet Travel’s 10 Days in Vietnam tour. The itinerary was perfect for us as we were able to visit the Northern, Central, and Southern parts of the country – and we hit most of the popular travel destinations in Vietnam. We had personalized service, as our tour was for us alone, so we were allowed to be flexible with the pre-planned itinerary based on our personal preferences. At each stop our tour guides excelled at their craft; they were knowledgeable, engaging, warm, and welcoming; we were driven in comfortable air-conditioned vans (drivers were excellent too); and escorted everywhere. The level of service provided by both the office and field teams was superb! During the entire booking process, the office team was very responsive to our questions, special requests and even jumped in with assistance when we experienced hiccups along the way – I had left my iPad on one of my flights and Hien, the owner of the travel agency, had it recovered for me and I was able to conveniently pick it up that day. We also had some challenges with dietary restrictions and we were able to order a la carte at the restaurants vs. set menus - great to have the option! I send a special shout-out to our tour guides (Huan, Be, John and Quoc) – they always arrived on time, accommodated late flight arrivals for drop off/and pick up (and adjusted the itinerary to make sure we were able to still see the sights) provided suggestions for things to do (or where to eat) during our free time, made sure we were settled in our rooms, escorted us to/from the restaurants (which were great). When we were in Central Vietnam during a typhoon, we were still able to complete our tours and enjoy our meals as planned; SVIETTRAVEL juggled our tour guides’ schedules to accommodate everyone’s needs in dealing with the flood conditions. They were all truly dedicated to making sure we had the best experience possible. Our hotels were well-appointed, at central locations and were a full 3-stars – of special note, upon our return from Halong Bay our flight to the next destination was very much delayed so Hien booked us into a couple of hotel rooms so we could shower/change, and get some R&R before dinner -- we were fully refreshed when we boarded the flight. In summary, it was an amazing experience and an excellent value -- I highly recommend S Viet Travel, if you plan to visit Vietnam!

We had such an amazing vacation. I wish Minah could plan all of my travel for me. The rooms, drivers and all of the tours were great. Things could not have gone better. I never would have been able to schedule such a great trip on my own. Minah was quick to respond to everything I needed. I will never forget this special trip!

We were on a 16 day trip through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand organized by Realistic Asia and absolutely loved it! They organized all of the flights to Vietnam and then home from Thailand, as well as the internal flights. They also booked the hotels and the tours, although we did organize some additional tours ahead of time on our own for the leisure days. Each of the tours tended to be run by people local to the city being visited and each of the tour guides was very professional and very enjoyable. The itinerary was such that we started in Vietnam, beginning in Hanoi and then Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh city, then to Siem Reap, Cambodia and finally ending in Phuket, Thailand. Each of the places was different and had things to admire and explore. Phuket was the beach place, although we found Hoi An had a great beach as well. We were very impressed and very happy with each and every hotel we were booked into. They were all very clean, nice and safe and had great staff. Would happily go back to stay at every one of them again. The travel agent who worked with us, David Huynh (Dat) was amazing! He was super responsive both before the trip when we had questions and during the trip when we were unsure about anything. We were on the leading edge of the Coronavirus pandemic and he actually noticed that our original flight to Vietnam was going through Seoul and we would have been forced to quarantine upon landing in Vietnam so he went ahead and changed our flights just days before we were to leave. We then got a notice that our flight home had been cancelled and that we needed to catch a flight home a day later. He went ahead and extended our hotel stay another night. We didn't even have to pay. We did not know what to expect when we booked the tour but after having gone we would enthusiastically recommend Realistic Asia and we would definitely go on another trip with them.

We booked a 10 day Vietnam tour with Realistic Asia in May and we had a great time. Not only was the selection of hotels a delight but also the entire customer care experience. Emilia was always available if any questions came up and the communication was great. Cultural Tour of Indochina: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar - 19 days

We booked this trip with SViet Travel which became Realistic Asia before we began the trip. Our travel rep was Dat. Over the course of 6 - 8 weeks, we were able to hammer out our requirements, hotels, transportation, costs, etc. The trip (mid-Nov - first week of Dec) is mostly private except for Vietnam where we were included with small group tours. We did have some hiccups, particularly with a couple of hotels, which were corrected, but it was an incredible trip. Most of our guides were wonderful, kind, courteous and helpful, most notably: Nancy in Bangkok, Phone in Luang Prabang, San San Aye in Mandalay, Sein Mg Myint in Yangon. We found Vy in Phnom Penh mostly wanted to talk about his Russian wife/kids and Dy in Siem Reap who kept a pace that was not sensitive to our needs. In Da Nang, we were in the hot sun with our guide, Mrs. Oanh, while waiting for the driver. It appeared the driver and Mrs. Oanh were having some issues. The guides/drivers were punctual in picking us up and overall, we give a big thumbs up to Dat for the coordination he provided in putting this together. The trip was wonderful and enjoyable with no two days alike. If we had to do it again, we would slow down the pace and not travel to so many countries in such a short space of time.

7 day trip to Vietnam

Would like to thank S Viet travel for a fantastic tour of Vietnam. Both An and Hannah, our agents in S Viet were always there for any query of ours, whatever time of the night or day. An, thanks much for customising the trip to our needs and preferences. And, endless gratitude to Hannah for making sure that we were taken good care off through out the trip. Excellent service

Our recent trip to Vietnam [Hanoi, Da Nang and Halong Bay] was planned / booked by S Viet Travel. We could not have asked for better service. As it was our first trip, we were unsure of our options, but Ms Hien Do patiently took us thru the pros and cons of each, and then made all the accommodation and tour arrangements. In two weeks, we didn't have a single problem with any of our bookings. Even when we requested some last-minute adjustments, S Viet managed to get it all sorted to perfection. The food on cruise really delicious, we are vegetarian, but they cooked very special food for us, we never get before. We have very nice cruise holiday was excellent, staff very nice warmly welcome us made check in a smooth easy process. Was the most amazing our tour guide take us to the cave, kayaking show quiet area and beautiful view, he is really funy and good information guide. Specia activities visit the fishing village is amazing to see and be rowed by a local people with bamboo boat. Amazing! Exceeded our expectations.

We have just returned from a 15 day private tour of Vietnam visiting Siagon, Hanoi, Hoi An & Sapa, with an overnight sleeper train, an overnight cruise at Halong Bay, Mekong Delta cruise and all internal flights included in our package at an amazing price! From the moment we made initial contact with Hien, to the booking process and then throughout the trip the service was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for Hein, even if we made contact after hours, she was always so helpful and obliging. The accommodation was all very high quality with sumptuous breakfast included, plus many delicious meals, included along the way. The guides were all very accommodating and provided great information. In particular I would like to mention Hiep our guide in Sapa, who was outstanding, we really enjoyed his company and had loads of fun. As a group of 4 (2 couples) we all thoroughly enjoyed our Vietnam holiday and cannot speak highly enough of SViet travel, and the amazing tour we had. Vietnam Cambodia & Thailand in 17 days

If you want a reliable company to sort out your first time visit to Vietnam/Cambodia don’t hesitate to use SVIET TRAVEL! Minah Trinh organised everything very professionally for me. I travelled solo but joined tours during the day, so got to meet other people. The tour guides were great & very knowledgeable. I started my tour in Ho Chi Minh city, after an exhausting 2 hour wait to get the visa issued & paid for...I think the ‘visa on arrival area’ will have to improve their service to tourists, or change the way the documents are submitted before people arrive in the country. Next stop was Hoi An, which was a lovely city, if only the hotel had informed me that there was a shuttle bus operating from their hotel into the town at different times of the day....I only found out on my 2nd last day about this service! Next place was Hanoi & there was to have been a cruise/overnight stay on Halong Bay, but due to very stormy weather, that part had to be cancelled, however 2 substitute day tours were organised to the Halong Bay Area with a lunchtime cruise on a boat included, what an amazing place to see! After leaving Vietnam for Siem Reap, I was a bit apprehensive about the ‘visa on arrival’ issue in Cambodia, but it was a far better streamlined process & I was met by my guide & driver, to be taken to another lovely hotel. Mr Narang was a lovely man who spent the day teaching me about Angkor Wat...I would liked to have been able to include Phnom Pen also, but it’s a huge distance from Siem Reap apparently! I took the 3 star package & the hotels were of a really good standard, staff so obliging & happy to help...unfortunately other tourists are not always as considerate of their fellow travellers, banging doors, yelling out loudly in the early hours of the morning etc. Of course none of this is the fault of the respective hotel, but maybe some signage in a few languages could be strategically placed when people ‘check in’ asking them to be considerate of fellow travellers who have also paid good money for the enjoyment of their holiday. All the flights, drivers & tours were organised by Minah, and she was always available to answer my countless questions & help if there were any ‘hiccups’ along the way.

Great taste of Vietnam!

I and my wife traveled from Mumbai to Vietnam and Cambodia for a holiday trip. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Siem Reap, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and Ho Chi Minh city. We spent 14 nights and 15 days on this holiday. S Viet Travels got in touch with me when we floated an inquiry on TravelTriangle website. We shortlisted 3 agents but the price and hotels were the best offered by S Viet Travel. We also received a very good support from local (in Mumbai) representative of TravelTriangle. We booked all flights by ourselves as we got very good deals. Ours was a private tour, i.e., only two of us in a car everywhere. The itinerary was chalked out very carefully by S Viet Travel, including flight timings, etc. The itinerary was neither under-loaded, nor over-loaded. Any airport we landed, we could find someone easily, waiting for us with a placard. We had no difficulty at all. All guides were very good. The hotels were very good. The timing followed by everyone was very punctual. The sight-seeing was very good. We had no difficulty anywhere at all. We got Toyota Fortuner, Lexus SUV and Toyota Innova. We were in constant touch with An Nguyen, Salesperson from S Viet Travel, on WhatsApp. She was extremely helpful. I strongly recommend to use services of S Viet Travel.

First Trip to Vietnam

Our group of 4 just came back from spending 9+ days in Vietnam, and we loved it. Hien at SViet was very helpful and thoughtful in planning and booking our trip. We had a minor issue with our hotel in HCM City, and she took care of it quickly to our satisfaction.

Vietnam

Just finished a private car Vietnam vacation booked with S Viet and everything was fantastic, S Viet took care of all the details in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, HCMC and Can Tho, great meals included, and they were very accommodating to change requests mid trip. They also recommended a beach resort at Phu Quoc that was to everyone's liking. I recommend giving them a try. There may be lower cost big-group deals elsewhere but I'd recommend doing a smaller more personalized tour, especially if the exchange rate is as favorable as it currently is. 4 to 5 star living at 2 star prices, gotta love that.
